I have gone to this Red Lobster around 6 times from June 2015 to Feb 2016. The dining area is always messy. The tables are not clean, there are spider webs everywhere, and you will have to fight the flys off of your food. My last experience was the last straw... My wife and I ordered our food and watched our waiter go to the next table and talk about the Broncos season for 10 minutes before he placed our order (in the back). After a 15 min. wait we recieved our drinks. My wife received a drink she didnt order. I wanted to have our waiter but he was now at another table talking about the Broncos again... so I just asked another waitress to correct the drinks. We never received ANY food. After a 20 min. wait and our waiter totally ignoring us I just told the waitress who got my wifes drink corrected that we just wanted to leave. I was then told by the Manager after we told him what happened that he wanted us to pay for our drinks and then we could leave. This scummy manager actually charged me for a Coke and Unsweet Tea. If this guy has something bad happen to him...we all know why.

RED ALERT!! Sewer lobsters that look mutated, are about half of the size as normal, farm raised, barley move, and look like they came from a toxic drain pipe. I was ready to disown sea food, contemplating if my preference has changed. I was expecting the highest quality to come from Red Lobster. I ordered a sampler pallet and also tried bites from other entrées and have enjoyed dollar menu items from Taco Bell more. The soup tasted fresh from a can, the lobster potato was all dried up and mostly salt. The grilled shrimp was ok, but had room for improvement. The prices seemed low until we ate the food. Do not eat here.

We were seated right away and that was the only good thing about our visit tonight. The place was not busy. We were told that our server would be Glen......after about 5 minutes or so Drew came to our table & asked if wed been greeted yet. We told him no, so he took our drink order & brought them immediately. Glen walked past our table several times & did not acknowledge us, even though we saw him looking at us. After a few more minutes we left without ordering dinner. We wont be back to this location.

The food was great but the service was absolutely terrible the server only took our drink and food orders and never came back around to check on us, we had to literally get up and go pure our own ice tea and when it was brought to the managers attention all he did was give us a very awkward look and then just walked away and nothing else was said or done by him. Very disappointed in this establishment would recommend driving the couple extra miles to another one.

We have been regulars but that may change due to the recent sale of the national chain to a venture capital company. The entire board of directors of Darden Restaurants has been removed but disaster of the Red Lobster sale is irreversible. We will have to find a replacement for Red Lobster. Perhaps Darden Restaurants will start another casual seafood restaurant for the multitude of former Red Lobster dining regulars.

I am giving them 5 stars because I am comparing them to other restaurants of this type and price range. The staff has always been very good but today was excellent. They made our date night experience special. Food was very good and they made sure it was right, with just the right amount of inquiries as not to disturb us.

Everywhere I go Red Lobster is the best Seafood Restaurant in the city. It is no different in Littleton, Co! The food and service is great! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The price maybe somewhat in the high side but the quality is excellent. Red Lobster is a great place to eat on those special occasions.

Waiter we had was nice. However, the section they had us in was WAAYYY understaffed. Almost an hour to order. More than 30 minutes to get a check. When I brought it to the managers attention that the waiter needed help, all the manager did was walk over and told him what we needed and offered no assistance.

Call them when I was 20 minutes away for obvious reasons of not waiting for the food after I get there. After being put on hold three times for a total of 11 minutes I gave up. If you cant handle to-go orders dont try to take any. Seems pretty simple to me

The service was friendly but thats about all that was good about the experience. The four course meal is no good anymore. The portions are small and they took off all the best options and desserts. I will not be coming back to Red Lobster unfortunately...

Red Lobster is always pretty classic Seafood and theres always a good variety to choose from and not too long of a wait even at peak times. Though I would think the prices are not the best.
