This Red Robin has the ABSOLUTE worst service I have ever had at a Red Robin or any other restaurant for that matter. We were here for 50 minutes. Our server only came to our table 3 times during that time and one of the times I had to get her attention. The 1st time was when she took our food order, the 2nd was when I had to get her attention, and the 3rd was when i was paying on the table kiosk. It took 15 minutes from the time that we sat down to the time that the HOSTESS asked what we would like to drink (yes you read that correctly, it was the hostess asking what we would like to drink). Our server never even asked for drinks or any refills at all. After her walking past our table several times with my glass being empty I had to ask for a refill and after 15 minutes of waiting for that I decided we were done. We saw the hostess at our table more than we saw our server. Good job hostess. If you are in the area and are thinking about wanting to eat at Red Robin, go to another Red Robin or eat at another restaurant near by. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. More waiting then eating. As for the food. It tasted wonderful. WAY TO GO COOKS. Keep up the awesome work.

This location has never once gotten my order right. The employees are extremely rude and not helpful. Today I asked for a strawberry vanilla shake. It says 1 shake both flavors on my receipt. However I was given 2 shakes 1 strawberry one vanilla. If I was eating it there it would have been okay but this was a to go order and again my order literally said 1 shake. So I ask if they can mix it and the kid up front tells me "well next time you should specify because its confusing". Like Im sorry you cant understand a simple order but how again is it my fault if I am showing you I ordered ONE SHAKE. Then management comes up and is like this is no problem but the kid is right, for cross contamination reasons we arent supposed to mix it if youve left and come back. I was dumbfounded. I told him I literally had not left the front and it was an online order where it was already supposed to be mixed. Extremely disappointed that this location cant get their act together. Make the drive to Denver or Arvada for much better service

This particular branch is absolutely horrible. Watch out for the big gal that takes your order incorrectly and never comes back to check on drinks or what you may need. I swore Id never come back to this one after my last experience here, but here I am since nothing else was open, same waitress, same result. Im here at 9:15pm, closes at 10pm. Clean up must start earlier and diverts all attn away from guests. I had to go to the bar to ask for refills on my kids soda. After appetizer order was taken we were forgotten about. App delivery person ended up tracking waitress down to take dinner order. I always liked RR (other locations) in the past, but prices and service have become horrible at most locations. #ReWorkRedRobin.

VERY disappointed! I thought all Red Robins were equally good until I ordered from this one. My California Chicken didnt have the flavor nor the amount of avacado that I have Always gotten at Red Robins across the country. And the ultimate insult was the very few, cold, bottom-of-the-barrel fries that I received in my to-go order. (Not to mention that they charged me for a double order of sauce and I only received one.) I will be driving the few extra miles the next time I want a California Chicken Sandwich from Red Robins. The stars are for the very nice staff.

Terrible service. Got there at 6:15, got food at 8pm. Bottomless fries, drinks and salad are useless if the waitress never comes back. Burgers and soups were cold. Expensive burger joint for crappy service and food. We had a party of 10, you would think that might rate a little service but no. I had a similar experience at Red Robin about 6 years ago and only came back because it was the closest option for burgers at the time. Wont ever be giving them another dime.

Please, please Red Robin, stop soliciting your incentive program and employee survey. My husband and I were solicited 3 times for the incentive program and then a 4th time for our servers employee survey...4 times in one visit. We just wanted a burger. Second time weve been to this location and the second time we left annoyed. Food is good, portions have decreased, but most of all...leave us alone!

The service received each time has always been prompt. Weve never had an issue getting a seat at the bar nor getting our food in a timely manner. The food is typically pretty good, with the main attraction being the establishments burgers. The menu has quite a few options, and Im a big fan of the whisky river BBQ burger. There no outdoor seating, but thats not necessarily a bad thing, either.

Ordered a wedgie burger medium rare and added jalepeno... it came out burnt and they forgot to put the bacon and tomato on it. So they remade it for me and they forgot to add the jalepenos. Then they charged me an extra dollar for the jalapeños and didnt give a discount or anything. Definitely will not be coming back. Really guys...your thing is burgers and you forgot to put tomato on it!

I dont know what happened to red robin, but someone must have finally told them that they sucked because they have clearly gotten their shiznit together. The food is actually good now. Just dont let them seat you in the bar (which theyll try and do every time) the bartender is a good bartender but not the best server. Other than that its a great place to eat. Love the new decor.

Bad management that effects the wait staff and the customer service. Over priced generic American food. Was seated over 15 mins before our waitress acknowledge us. Multiple servers and management would not stop by, I even sat there with my hand up like I was in school to acknowledge by a waiter. When the waitress came to the table we were met with excuses.

This particular location can be a little crowded and loud, it just doesnt have much square footage to work with. That doesnt stop me. Like any Red Robin Ive been to, the staff is great, the food is delicious, and its a great sit down restaurant. Their to-go packaging is quite good and I was well satisfied with the food the one time I got food to go.

Just went there with a buddy whos food was absolute garbage. Mine was worse. This place should be declared a health hazard and burned to the ground. We each took one bite and threw the rest away, and Im not very picky after eating army food for ten years. I may gargle with bleach to get this taste out of my mouth.

Had a great time, excellent service and the food was much better than I expected. I normally dont visit chains but I may be back to this one. The U.S. map hanging on the wall is one of the coolest things Ive seen in a bar in a while I might add, I wont spoil the surprise by telling you what its made from.
