When it comes to massive hearty sandwiches, this is the best place in town, and compared to other Deli Zones this one is worth driving too if you arent local. I am a fairly large person that can put away a lot of food, and the large sandwiches here will make me full and I usually have to take part of the sandwich home. My favorites are the Kong, Gangster, and Pastrami which the pastrami here is amazing and I always add it as extra to every sandwich that I get. For Delivery, they are pretty quick regardless of the time or day, and the food always arrives hot or cold as necessary. If they dont have something you ordered or need clarification they will take the time to call and ask instead of guessing and getting it wrong. If you stop in, the food is always prepared fresh right in front of you on the grill so you know what youre getting is cooked to order when you order it. The prices here I think are actually low for what you get, and I wouldnt mind paying another $2 for a sandwich from here, because they are truly large proportions.

Oh my GOD! Im a 41 year old that has NEVER had such a bad experience at a dining fasility ever!!!! So one day I called over there and inquired about the price of a sub. I told the guy on the phone (who happened to be the manager) that Id just come pick it up. So he called me back about 20 mins later and asked me if I was going to pick up my sub. I said that he had been rude on the phone and that I had not ordered anything. He said that he was going to "put me on the list". Then as I was asking what list he hung up on me. I was soooo mad I called back and asked to speak to the manager it IT WAS HIM again. I told him how rude he was and told him that I would tell everyone what an awful place that they have. THEY SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There are just trying to be rude like a New Yorker. But that does not work in Boulder. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! These guys are the worst. I got better service in Fin new york city!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This store is the very first place that I can happily say I come to on a regular basis. Prior to coming here, I had always gone to Burger King or Subway during my lunch hour. I first came here a few weeks ago and I havent had a single week where I havent come in at least once! The food here is spectacular. The workers here are very accommodating and will happily switch or substitute any ingredient on any sandwich. They even let you make your own! My personal favorite is the Giuliani sandwich they have, although I always take the oil and vinegar dressing on the side. Deli Zone may not be as cheap as Subway, but it is definitely much more delicious and well worth the price difference. I would HIGHLY recommend this place. I even bring some of my coworkers with me for lunch!

So first off, I love deli zone. However this location has provided terrible service on multiple occasions. Today I called ahead for a pick up order. They said it would be 15min, no problem. When I arrived, the credit card machine was not working so the guy behind the counter asked me for cash which I didnt have. He said they could write down my card number and run it later. When I expressed that I was uncomfortable with that, he said sorry and took the sandwich back. As a frequent customer of this location I was a bit appalled. They would rather throw away the sandwich and lose a loyal customer than make things right. You guys really need to figure it out in there.

We placed an order online, 5 breakfast sandwiches, for BREAKFAST. The website said we would have our order in 45-55 minutes. After an hour had passed we gave them a phone call to see the status of our order and were informed that it would be over 90 minutes to get our order, EGG sandwiches mind you, so another full hour passes and we call again. We were informed by the "dude" on the other end of the phone that they had 5 orders ahead of ours when we called 13 minutes into their day and it was not their fault it was taking so long. The WORST customer service I have ever had. If you are thinking about Deli Zone I would highly reconsider your choice.

These guys make a decent sandwich at a reasonable price. The special sandwiches are amazing! However, if you are looking for something simpler, you can order what you want a la carte for a basic sandwich. Love that they deliver, but dont call them up last minute - and they dont deliver as late as other places in Boulder. Best option is to call ahead and order over the phone, then pick it up. Valmont is a small space, too, so if youre expecting to sit quietly with your lunch and read the paper you should probably take it to go.

Stopped in this morning for a sandwich the guy was kind of ho-hum, I ordered the sandwich and I realize when I was paying for it that he was accepting the money with his gloves on still, after that I noticed he was handling cheese opening doors etc. With that being said I just wonder what he did before making my sandwich with those gloves because I didnt see him put them on when I walked in the door needless to say I couldnt bring myself to eat the sandwich $10 down the tube really sucks oh well wont return there.

Best Sandwiches in town!! If youre in the mood for breakfast, lunch, or late lunch, this is the place for you. I go weekly for my personal favorite, the Manhattan, but they have a ton of classics that are delicious. One of the employees (the guy with the Locks of Justice) has suggested many different sandwiches for me to try, and I have enjoyed every one of them. Can be extremely busy at lunch time, so make sure you have time, or call in your order ahead of time.

Called to inquire about prices because there is none online and dude was like "were really busy look it up online" and hung up the phone. I have been a loyal Zone customer since they started and I will NOT being going back. The guys at the Valmont store hate their job and it shows. They should go check out the Longmont store, they know what customer service is. DO NOT eat there.

We walked in to place an order 15 minutes before the specified close time listed online and on the door (6:00pm) and the server refused to take our order. As we walked out, someone else walked in and they were able to get food. I would like to give this place "0" stars as they singles me out and refused to serve me on 5/20/17.

Terrible customer service. I placed an order for delivery and it took over two hours. When I called to cancel, they said they could not issue a refund and then they hung up on me. I called a second time and was hung up on again. I do not recommend it his place. Very unprofessional.
