Giving one star because I cant give ZERO! Horrible, slow service because owner is too cheap to hire anyone! A sole unhappy "waiter" answering the phone, handling takeout, and, when he can, waiting tables! Took ten minutes, and two requests, to get water to the table...when asked to refill these, he reaches over to an abandoned table and grabs a mostly empty pitcher of warm water--had to ask for more ice. "Pan fried" dumplings were obviously deep fried, and tasteless. Orange chicken was cold, covered with goopy sickly-sweet sauce. Broccoli and mushrooms was hot, but was drenched with a clear, slimy sauce that had no name or taste... Orange peel chicken was ordered, but not cooked until "waiter" was reminded. Came out hot, but chicken was not high quality. Left without paying...will never go again!

This place must not have enough business because the owner/manager (psycho female) will not give you ANY extra hot sauce, soy sauce, etc., unless she charges extra fee$$$ which is no problem, except for her ATTITUDE when she takes your order. Can you say bipolar? They also give out "old" menus w/ wrong/lower pricing, which also wouldnt be much of a problem...except, if you question the bill, they go literally tell you, "You can go somewhere else next time!" I support good business w/ good customer service. If anyone cares about any standards in the restaurant/ food service industry, please do NOT order from this place. They do NOT deserve your business. They do NOT care about customer service.

They were down the street from our house and we were tired. Hence we gave in against our better judgement. We already got a bad vibe once by just walking in to check it out. Never busy, dirty, light blue painted walls, and not so friendly staff. This was a mistake. Food was terrible, and terribly overpriced. Money down the drain! And for all of these Asian restaurants on the West coast that CHARGE FOR RICE, advice - buy those $.99 cent rice packages that you toss in the microwave, and BRING IT! No one can throw you out of a restaurant and youll send them a message that $2.99 for rice, that should be included in a $12.99 dinner, is criminal.

Terrible food at not great prices. Crab Rangoon had hardly any filling and when I tipped it over grease/oil poured out! Gross! My husband got sizzling garlic shrimp, the only good thing I can say was there were lots of shrimp. But they were totally bland and swimming in a mucus-like sauce with nothing but green onions. I got kung pao shrimp, it was fine, but with the other food we got there is no way well be going back t this place!

The food is ok for the price. I ordered something that I always do and it was over the top spicy that I had to throw it away. I called to let them know, and she didnt so much as to offer me a new order. The worst is the people running this establishment. They are so incredibly rude. They just hang up on you after ordering on the phone never saying thank you or goodbye. And the carpeting is nasty

Very nice place. The staff is very friendly and always checking on the table. Came here for a birthday dinner recently and they where able to accommodate us with few tables together. portions are very large and very good quality food. No matter what dish you pick they ll are made with a high quality and great taste. I would like to try this place again and have other items from the menu

Ive been there twice w/my female companion. Both times only us and another table were being served. Service is slow @ best! Weve noticed both times that there are lots of takeout customers (probably the bulk of their business). Staff is friendly. Place is clean, well lit and inviting. Well be back. The food is good and reasonably priced.

Ate here for lunch and was disappointed. The texture of the mongolian beef was displeasing in addition to being especially slimy and the accompanying fried rice was sub-par. However, my friends fish (served on a bed of green beans) was acceptable, so the experience wasnt a complete loss. Will not be returning any time soon.

I cant figure the bad reviews I see. My brother-in-law from Little Rock, ARK, born in China, says this is better than any Chinese restaurant in Chicago (he spent ten years there). My wife is Chinese, we always loved the place. Never had bad service. Its the best place in the area for Chinese food. Three thumbs up!

As someone from Sydney who is used to eating a lot of Chinese food I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. The food was very nice, the Kung Pao Chicken had the real dried chillies, the noodles were delicious and they had lots of chilies that could be added. Excellent food and excellent value.

Friendly staff. The food was decent and reasonably good. The fried rice was a little weird but I think that may just be different because Im used to east coast rice. All in all good stuff.
