We are never going back to this location! A belligerent, drunk man was yelling at his wife the entire evening and even ended up hitting her. He was disrupting everyone in the proximity. We called for the manager but were told there was nothing he could do. He said "they will pay their tab and keep to themselves." We said that it is the restaurants responsibility to cut off his alcohol and ensure he doesnt drive home drunk. He said theres nothing he could do because he didnt see the abuse. While we were explaining to him that we are paying for over priced food, and only wish to dine in peace, the belligerent man began yelling obscenities at his wife again. The manager only went over and asked him to calm down, but that was it. Of course, the man didnt care and kept abusing his wife in public. The restaurant staff did not handle this properly at all, and simply tried to ignore the disturbance. The manager treated us like we were the ones causing trouble, when all we wanted was him to handle the situation.

I tried this restaurant on the recommendation of a friend. We sat in a comfy booth in the bar. The ambiance was great. I ordered a Margarita which was the worst Margarita Ive ever had. It didnt even taste like a Margarita, and I couldnt taste any tequila in it at all. After finishing that, I ordered a Mai Tai and again....worst Mai Tai ever with not the faintest taste of Rum. Probably just a bad bartender, but still. The spinach salad I had was very good, but the Lobster Gratin was not good in my opinion. Just 6 little pieces of lobster floating in a bunch of butter. Considering the cost of everything I just expected more. I will not be eating there again.

Our waiter was really energetic and nice. He had to deal with one kitchen problem which slowed him down but otherwise the service was at a nice place with good energy. Unfortunately the star of the meal was the desert. I got surf and turf. The surf was great with the Asiago cheese though a little dry. Unfortunately the turf was a sirloin when it should have been a filet. The flavor profile was on point however. The baked brie cheese was great though the pesto sauce over powered the brie, I would recommend asking for double pepper jelly instead. Overall I would say nice experience.

Past experience were all good. Expecting plating to be same for the price however, not always good and portions not always the best. Manager seems indifferent and may not be looking into the reviews she is receiving. The Chandler, AZ site is the perfect Steakhouse every time and exceeds expectations. More quality control and better management it seems. If you had your choice, 5 Stars for the Chandler "Keg". San Tan Village needs to step it up as the price warrants it to improve. It can do better.........

From the entry to the seating, meal and then the exit. The service was impeccable less the getting the drink ls from the bar. Matt, our server was congenial and playful. Was joking with us the entire night. Steak was prepared perfextly and the Ahi was a little lacking on the seer but still great flavor. Spoke with the manager that night just checking on our service and she was light hearted and enjoyable. Was a good experience and will be back.

One of our favorite restaurants. We have had our company dinners there and just recently my wife and I had our 10 year anniversary dinner there and they went above and beyond. I could rave about so many food items such as the filet mignon (I think I get that every time) and the carrot cake, but literally I have never had anything that was not amazing. It was a pretty perfect meal, and thankfully the weather was perfect for patio dining as well.

Good for dinner. Been here many times for anniversary dinners with my wife. If you dont make a reservation expect to wait for awhile at least 30 minutes to an hour. I have had the Prime Rib and other cuts of steak in the past. Staff is friendly, and attentive to their customers. Its not a place to take kids, unless they are a little older. Expect to see a bill close to $50-$100 for 2 with drinks and dinner.

Atmosphere was cool and waitress was nice but they totally F's my steak up. I ordered medium rare and it came out disgustingly rare and cold. After consulting the manager I got a small discount.. then she proceeded to tell me I couldn't carry my firearm when I pointed out to her there are no signs saying so which are required. On top of that they lost my change which took an extra twenty minutes

The food is typically always good here, but this is the 2nd time weve come in with a reservation and have been put in the back ("reject") room with large, loud parties with lots of kids. We were dressed nicely out for a date night and were escorted past several empty booths in the main dining room, and the obnoxious noise level wrecked the night. Might be the last time we visit this location.

Okay.. So it is hard for me to write a bad review, but I feel like I have no choice. Their vegetarian dish was a horrible cheesy mess and the prime rib sliders were dry. However, the Manager David and the server made up in spades. Their concern for our satisfaction was such that we walked out happy. So, not a successful dinner but an overall good experience at The Keg.

OMG! Amazing service all around. It was hands down the best dining experience my wife and I have ever had. All of the food was cooked perfectly and the waitress (Jentry) made amazing recommendations. The manager was also very friendly and contributed to our awesome night. My wife and I celebrated our 9th anniversary here and we will definitely be coming back!

Food not prepared well, and extremely overpriced. We went there for my birthday, and told them this when we made the reservation, and nobody in the establishment recognized this. I even had to pay for my own desert. Ribs were undercooked, and hardly any meat on them. Our bill for 7 people was $257 plus tip. Will definitely not be back to this black hole.

Great restaurant. Good selection of wine, great service, (the hostesses are particularly nice). Good selection of steaks & delicious too. Loved everything about this place. The only thing is the price, this is not Olive Garden or Carrabas. That should not discourage anyone from trying out this restaurant. I will definitely be coming back.

We have been to this location a few times. Food was very good, service was good but not exceptional. We had to wait for our plates to be cleared several times. Ask for extra Ranch dressing and I had finished by salad by the time she remembered to bring it out. Past servers have been much better but the food is consistently good.

Steak was supposed to be medium rare and came out super welldone... the manager brings the same steak back five minutes after the server took it and said just try it and stood over me waiting. So not only was is way overdone, it was cold. Very bizarre for a steakhouse where everything is a la carte and not cheap.
