Mercury Retrograde
I ordered nachos and hot wings. Hot wings were tasty, but served on lettuce that quickly wilted and stuck to the wings. Menu says served with celery. Its not. Nachos say corn chips, cheddar cheese, guac, sour cream.... standard stuff. BUT what I got was stale, soggy corn chips smothered in liquid cheese product (the manger defended as cheese wiz) with old tomato on top. No guac. They werent edible and found a home in the trash. This place looks swanky and upscale, but dont be fooled. Its really just over priced Bad bar food with ballpark nachos. Dont bother to tell the manager, she is indifferent and couldnt care less. TAKE YOUR MONEY TO DENNYS, AT LEAST YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE GETTING!!

My experience here was ridiculous. The food was ok, but everything else was awful. We came in about 10 pm to hang out, have a couple beers and a late snack. After about 15 minutes one of the waitresses turned on a ridiculously loud vacuum cleaner and started vacuuming. There were about 12 patrons in the restaurant and about a third left immediately. We asked our waitress to have her stop and she totally blew her off and kept doing it. So we asked the bartender, hoping she was a manager, and this girl blew her off too. I asked to speak to the food and beverage manager but he was "in a meeting". The food was 3 stars, maybe even a four but the atmosphere was a negative six.

Had the worst Thanksgiving dinner ever at this place inside the Philadelphia Airport Clarion. Underwhelming selection and variety of entrees and sides. Food itself tasted awful. Service was almost non-existent, which wouldnt be that bad at a buffet, except that they charged a 20% gratuity. For what, Im not exactly sure because I wouldnt say we had a waitress, only a woman who came around one time to give us a pitcher of flat cola.

Lmao go to Dennys down the street seriously! ! From the inside it is very nice but it needs a manager who can handle its staff i would fire all but 1 waitress and start over. We waited on a house salad and flat bread for 1.5 hours and never got it because management said they were out of flat bread ? We are not hard to please but this was awful at best.

The food is not amazing, but my salad was fresh and served very quickly. My server was great. She saw I wasnt using my dressing and asked if she could replace it. I got a different one at no charge. Overall, had great service and decent Cobb salad.

Terrible food. We had to send everything back and fight with the waitress about what the menu said meals were suppose to come with. Management was great but service and the cooking was terrible.

They get you because its in the hotel. Food is so-so. Unless you dont want to leave the hotel, eat elsewhere.
