So far, I have had three experiences with this establishment. The first two were flawless. The third one, just this past evening, not so much. First off, the closing time listed on this very site very clearly states that closing time is 11pm. So I called them as I was leaving work at 10pm to collect my two friends who were also joining me. Upon informing the not at all friendly person who answered the phone that I wished to place call in order, I was met with "We no do call in" and was then promptly hung up on. Ok, a Chinese Take out establishment that doesnt do call orders and doesnt possess manners. But we were not deterred. I collected my friends and arrived back that the establishment at 10:35. We arrived to find the sign off and the inside dark, but the front door was hanging open, so we walked inside anyway... and were immediately met by an extremely rude old man pushing a broom who glared at us as though we had kicked his dog. Then along comes an almost equally rude woman who simply keeps repeating "We close! We close!" no matter how many times I tried to show her on my phone that the website listed their closing time as 11pm and it was only just past 10:30. The food quality for this establishment is wonderful, but their customer service skills definitely need an overhaul. Not sure if will return.

This place is consistently good for takeout. Weve tried the spring rolls and crab rangoon, the pad thai, and several of the entrees as well as the sushi and have liked almost everything. I could tell that the few things we didnt like was a result of just not liking them and having nothing to do with the preparation. I also like that they have some unusual things not found on the normal small-town chinese menu like Mala style and a yellow curry. Definitely the best place for Chinese takeout around.

I called in an order and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. My husband was on his way home from work and got there right on time but then had to wait an additional 30 minutes past the time the order should have been ready. To top it off, they made him pay for the food when he arrived, so he couldnt leave until it was ready, as they would not do a refund. Will not be going back.

Pretty good Chinese. We tried the general tsos, bourbon chicken and crab rangoons. All better than the Chinese Ive had in a long while by far! The bourbon chicken was sweet so they nailed it on that one! The rangoons were more savory but paired with their orange sauce, absolutely delicious!!

This is the only Chinese restaurant that is good in the whole state of Ohio! I have lived in NYC and DC and the food here is similar to good Chinese food in those places I listed above. It;s clean, food is fresh and the service is very good! I highly recommend this place!
