I ate my first Potbelly Sandwich and loved it! its similar to Subways sandwich and the concept is pretty much the same, you choose your bread, meat, toppings, and dressing. Since Ive only eaten here once, I tried the Pizza sandwich since Im a fan of pepperoni and it definitely lived up to my standard. I look forward to trying out the other menu items and creating my own combinations of tasty flavors. The service was quick and efficient and the servers and cashier were all very friendly and made it a pleasant dinning experience. There were other places to choose from around Rockefeller, but Im glad I got to try Potbelly.

This place sucks! They kept me there locked for 20 minutes. I wanted out but they wanted to keep other people out so I couldnt leave. Im pretty sure thats illegal. It deserves a big fat giant "F". There was one lady who was extremely rude. She would not give my friend her food. Im never going back there ever again. And the food was not that good.

Its a great sandwich place if youve never been. The food is very genuine, it is not overly processed. The ice cream and the cookies are excellent! They are known for their exceptionally friendly staff. I will say the crowd at this location can get pretty large, being in Rockefeller Plaza. Overall its a great and fairly priced place for lunch.

What great fast place to get breakfast. The workers are wonderful and polite. Anne and the GM betsy ramirez are confident that the customer will love their food. Really fresh and the bacon had a good taste with the flat bread. Im from new jersey but I will be coming here again. Thank you potbellys for good customer service and great food

I love coming to Potbelly for lunch--the prices are very reasonable, I always get good service, and the sandwiches are some of the best Ive had! Get the Italian and put hot peppers and seasoning on it. So glad this chain expanded to NYC!

Pot Belly....is there anyhting not to love? Great tasting sandwiches at an excellent price. Yes, this place gets pack during rush hour like anything good in Midtown, but the line moves just as fast as my craving for them.

If there was no line, I would come here every day for lunch. Sandwiches are freshly made to order, decently prices, and taste ohhh so good. The line during lunch though is unfortuantely always at least 50 people.

Average decor nothing special. Most Pot Belly look exactly the same. its like a soup and sandwich Starbucks. Service was average beind the counter service. The food is always to die for. Never any complaints.

Sandwiches are delicious. Toasted. Meatball and chicken salad sandwiches are my favorite. Super slow though. Bottleneck is the one cashier station. Four bar stools only. No restroom.

Fast Service, will still have to wait in a line during lunch hours due to volume but the line moves quickly. The cookies are great but very unhealthy for you.
