The worst! Placed an order through Grubhub. After two hours, six phone calls, and $25 still no food. Called Grubhub for a refund and was told that only the restaurant could issue one. Call the restaurant and the manager was very rude. Said his driver delivered to "the guy" who was "having a party." Im not a guy. I wasnt having a party. The manager refused to acknowledge the error and refused to issue a refund. When my husband called to follow up after he had been so rude, the manager told him that he has this kind of problem with "white trash" and that he thought this was some kind of scam to rip them off. Please save yourself the trouble and order from somewhere else! This place is the worst!

I was a regular customer at Village Pizza for about 3 years now. During the St. Patricks day parade I handed over the money for slice of pizza and did not receive any change back. I know the price of a slice from having visited often. When I asked where my change was they ignored me and when I finally got an answer, he responded with "we charge what we want today." This is a sleazy business that operates on poor morales, and takes advantage of customers. Do not support village pizza, there are many other equivalent pizza shops in southie.

Went there this past weekend for a group pizza dinner (with lots of kids). We were a BIG party. Despite that and despite us being full of loud kids, the restaurant staff were fantastic. I mean, beyond fantastic.They were helping us with our orders, coming to our tables, always polite, etc. And the food was really good!.I really got to hand it to these folks its not easy being a restaurant in MA and even harder being one that serves to large groups (and kids) and they did both terrifically.

Pizza arrived 1.5 hrs after ordered, it was cold, and it was soggy! I think the worst thing that pizza can be is soggy... not sure if this is grubhubs issue or the pizza place, but when i called the pizza place the staff/manager was very rude and provided terrible customer service, and blamed the grubhub delivery people...

One hour after we placed a semi cold pizza arrived. Its anntoing and low class when the price is 12 .85 and they say $13 . Its only 15 cents but still its out money not the deluvery guys. We tip him an extra $2 on top of it but still quote te price correctly! .

Village Pizza is a solid neighborhood joint. Solid thin-crust pizza, well-made and generous-sized grinders. Its not going to win any awards for creativity or customer service, but if you are looking for a fairly priced pizza place, you wont be dissapointed.

I made a large order a couple days ahead for an event I was having. Village filled the order perfectly and (with the help of eat street) delivered right on time. My guest raved about the food. Many asked where it was from and wanted to go again.

The Buffalo chicken fingers as well as their salads are amazing!!! Great people working there make it even better. Everyone from the owner to the delivery girl are always on-point!! This place is legit!

I would go back. My steak and cheese was heavy on the steak and light on the cheese. The steak tip greek salad was made with iceberg lettuce, but was pretty good and the steak itself was great.
