Subway Killer. This place rekindled my love with sandwiches after too many terrible $5 footlongs, and it was the best sandwich Ive had in a really long time. Got the Italian "blunt" size (12"), was about $10 but 10x better than any of the chain places. Ingredients were fresh, bread was delicious and had a nice crunch to it on the outside, and they have about 10 different sauce options. Support these guys, they make a killer sandwich!

First time I tried Cheba Hut was in Denver. Loved the décor, herb references, bomb sandwiches and the fact that they served beer. Although they dont serve beer at the SD location (which hopefully will change in the future), the ambience is always nice, the location is great, prices are good, & the sandwiches stay yummy.

Food is good. Long wait for the sandwiches. Not great at getting orders right; Ive been there twice and each time theyve screwed up my order. But the mix-ups were little things, like asking for extra pickles and getting no pickles at all, or no onion and still getting onion. Check your to-go bags before you leave!

Sandwiches are pretty good and the 12" is awesomely huge, not the best weve had though. Asked for banana peppers, didnt get them. Got two salads asked for ranch and got oil and vinegar? Not cool. Especially when youre hungry

Lets be blunt :), these guys rock it when it comes to subs. A great variety and all equally great. Go for Tuna or Jerk chicken, either way you are in for a good treat.
