Its been a while since we went back but several months ago the blonde gal could have cared less about the bad ice cream that was sold.... it was Friday and I was told that I should speak with the owners and they would be available on Monday.... didnt even offer to replace it if I came back down. For the price we pay just a little customer service would be a plus. Owners.... whom ever you might be if someone is taking the time to call and tell your store of a powder, granular tasting ice cream that is clearly bad it usually is a good practice to replace it. Skip ahead tried it out again.. ordered a Strawberry sundae with all the fixings just a single scoop pretty sure it was the owner. Could he have been ANY cheaper in what he gave me.... Poor service , extremely poor amounts... If I could give no stars I would have. Stay away from this place and go into Downtown Snohomish for quality ice cream..

My wife stopped in to purchase an ice cream cake. We wanted to order one of their basic cakes, NOT a special order. When she attempted to order the cake the response was "we cant do that". The cabinet had ice cream cakes in it and they confirmed they still make them. They just dont take orders for them. The store is clean and the ice cream is ok, but turning business away is confusing. There are too many local places to choose from for that to make sense.

Extremely annoyed that this location and the location in Monroe, who are both owned by the same person, do not participate in any of Baskin-Robbins promotions! What is the point of having a franchise if you do not take advantage of them with their free advertising! No wonder why this location was dead on August 31st when the company was celebrating the end of summer with $1.50 scoops. Went to the Everett Colby location who enjoys having customers.

The man working was rude and abrasive. I said we wanted the (nationally publicised) $1.50 specials. He said "No, I cant afford that" . How unprofessional. If there was a different baskin robbins nearby, I would have walked out and gone there. He should have it posted they were not participating in the special promotional pricing.

We went in there as a family and wasnt greeted when coming in. They the guy had his back to us as he was texting on his phone. My 8 yr old daughter politely tried to get his attention as he put his pointer finger up and said wait. We stood there for another 15min. Which resulted in the 6 of us walking out. Horrible rude employee!

Really enjoyed Baskin and Robbins they allowed to my daughter to sample until she was satisfied just having her teeth removed it was hard for her to find the flavor that she was going to purchase and also purchase more to bring home thank you very much for being so kind to her and allowing her to sample and tell she was satisfied

The person that waited on us was nice and patient. I didnt feel pressured to make my selection at all. The ice cream wasnt impressive and reminded me of the month old ice cream remains in the container I have in my freezer.

Adult male working did not want to be there and his attitude showed it. Smart guy attitude. I work with boy scouts and am always looking for new places to take the troop, this place wont make the cut. Never again.
