I am SO displeased with Dutch Bros. I have been to several different locations and the coffee isnt even coffee. Every time I order a skinny iced coffee, it is always still half chocolate milk. Thats besides the point I am complaining right now. I was in line today behind two vehicles for 20 minutes. I got in this line and it was 20 minutes before I got my cups of (iced coffee) ice. All this time, 6 or more cars passed on the other side of the stand while I was sitting there. It isnt like there was a ton of people in the car ordering coffee. There were two people in the first vehicle. It was blistering hot and I had groceries in the car, so when I go to a coffee stand I expect to get my coffee in under 10 minutes and be done. Ridiculous service. I dint even get a discount. Very VERY dissatisfied.

I have been coming here since I moved to lacey about 2 years ago. I love the coffee here but recently things have changed. I always order an iced, medium, white annihilator with no ice. On Sundays I order 2 and put them in my fridge for Monday morning. About a month ago when I was ordering my drinks I noticed that I would only get 3 or 4 sips out of the drink before it was gone because the cup was almost all ice. So I started ordering them with no ice. They normally just fill the space with extra milk. When I ordered my drinks tonight, they gave me my drinks and they were only filled 3/4 of the way full. I have never had this happen before but Im assuming its because this is the space that would be used for ice? Really disappointed that the stand cheaped out to the point of giving me a 3/4 full cup.

I get the same drink almost everyday as I have for the last 3 years going there but recently of the new year their prices went up and lately the total for my drink has been inconsistent and its getting annoying. Not to mention i usually add extra shots of coffee in my drink and its been more miss on the flavor of how my drink should be when its made right. The workers are great but the inconsistency of messing up the same drink and telling different pricing for me to pay is really getting old. I think its time to stop going there. Sorry guys.

First of all, they specifically ask you how you like your coffee, so theres no "this is too sweet" or "eww not sweet enough". If theres a long line, theyll come out and ask for your order and start making it so you dont have to wait long. Even late at night, Ive never seen one understaffed. The staff is always incredibly friendly and helpful, even for my picky teen. Definitely our favorite. So when will you guys have more Washington locations? We need our Dutch bros!! Its all Starbucks up here! Blech!

They must have taken a que from the sonic up the street. Their line of cars snake in 2 directions throughout the parking lot and you see hopping baristas with big grins bouncing delightfully from car to car. They chat you up, brighten your day most of the time and even come back to check on how you are doing on the off chance that they are having some backing up going on. Which I dont see very often. Love it here. Worth the experience.

I have gone here for years and everytime I go they always have a smile on thier faces and are very upbeat . :) They have my drink made before I even get to the window. They have amazing customer service and I recommend them to any and everyone. Its my favorite place to go everday and the coffee is the greatest. Couldnt ask for a better staff they rock! Much Dutch Luv.

While I dont usually get coffee from the drive up huts my wife and teenage son does frequently and this is by far their favorite! The baristas are always friendly and the company just really seems to have great values that attract great employees. I think the price is a bit high but that goes for all foo foo coffee! Lol

I love these guys! I am a die hard Dutch bros fan. The drinks are amazing and cheaper than all others in the area. Have recently switched my location to another near by though because I feel like this one always has horrific lines!

This place is always great to go. Not only is there great coffee but you usually get a song and a show ha.. they are always in a good mode singing and dancing while make great coffee fast..my favorite place to get coffee!

Love it here. Great staff, great variety of coffee, drinks, and small snacks. Whats more is that you can get your standard coffee stuff or some truly unique combinations you dont get elsewhere.

In general, Dutch Bros is fantastic. I do prefer this location over the other one right down the road, just because the lot is much easier to get out of.
