The service is very poor and this franchise has gotten my order wrong on too many occasions. For instance, I had to wait 40 minutes on just two boxes of pizza because theyve kept "losing" the receipt. Upon waiting on this order, one of the rude managers told us to leave. This is unacceptable service! The Manager should have rectified the situation and be more apologetic to the customer whose time they have wasted by being incompetent in their jobs.

Inconsistent at best. Around 50% of the time i get no sause on the pizza, how hard is it to train your employees to put x scoops of sause on the pizza.
