My fiance and I just moved to Issaquah from Canada. We were both super disappointed with this restaurant. He took me here to celebrate my 33rd Birthday. We wanted a romantic dinner, he knows my favorite food is thin-crust pizza, so he found Tutta Bella on his phone. The service was probably the worst we ever had. They barely acknowledged us when we walked in. The Hostess was a female and was more interested in gabbing with "friends" "Co-workers" than taking care of Bill and I. Sitting was even worst. We ordered our food, my fiance specifically said we were celebrating my birthday and server (female) DID NOT EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE ANYTHING! Which proves, she wasnt listening. While she was taking our order she was looking at the other (male) server, and talking back and forth constantly with hostess. It was like a circus. Our Calamari came to the table from someone else, and was very delicious. Then our pizza came, pretty much at the same time while we were eating the calamari. Server came over just as pizza was sat down, and asked how "the food was". We said our appetizer was great, we didnt start our pizza yet. Which, by the way was sitting there getting cold. As we started our pizza, our water glasses were empty. No one came back to refill them. We ate the entire pizza, my fiance wanted to order us a dessert, but because she never came back to ask how pizza was we decided to go to a movie and leave. As we were leaving, he noticed she was still gossiping to other servers and hostess. This place is a circus. Its a shame that sometimes places that serve delicious food dont know how to hire professional good workers! We will not be returning here.

SUCKS! I am so upset with this place... They had the rudest staff I have ever encountered. I have never written a bad review about any place before and am usually extremely easy going and understanding but this place put me off immediately. The hostess was rude, never smiled and made us feel like we were doing nothing but bothering her. We decided to sit at the bar for a drink while we waited for a table and she rolled her eyes at us when we told her thats where we would be. The bartender was also rude to us after we ordered common drink that any other bar would have. It was a flat "we dont have that." Okkk.... soooo what DO you have? Never a smile from him either. When the hostess came and got us she huffed impatiently as we waited for the bartender to walk over to us with the drinks we DID end up ordering (we are talking 5 seconds). The server was decent enough but compared to the other two its not saying much. The pizza was burnt when we received it and it was so so anyway. When I reached behind me to an empty table that happend to have menus to see if there was any kind of desert, the hostess came by and snatched it so violently from my table that I almost gasped outloud. The glare she gave me was so uncalled for I was literally stunned. She put it back at the EMPTY table behind me... I couldnt wait to leave and I will NEVER go back there. Ever.

Since Cucina cucina went out of business, weve had to resort to this place for their chop salad. Its pretty good but I think well just order to go next time since the service has always been pretty bad. We had Kea and no offense to you Kea, but Im going to be honest here since Ive been a server and I feel like I can give you some pointers... First off you didnt introduce yourself, You were so soft spoken, I could hardly here you, you didnt bring the dough for our toddler until the food came out which we had asked for repeatedly. You forgot our bread and the mariner sauce. Honestly I was surprised to even see the salad show up. We didnt complain, but I asked for your name, knowing Id write a review and next thing I know a different girl Lindsay came up and was being super friendly. She mustve known we were upset and she brought us some gelato on the house, then took a percentage off our bill. Thank you Lindsay for coming to her rescue like that, you were great. Kea might want to consider something in retail

Went to this restaurant on 6/26/2016. I eat at the Tutta Bella in downtown Seattle pretty often so I wanted to give this place a try. We ordered a pizza and a calzone. It took more than 45 minutes for the food to arrive at the table. I can only guess that the calzone was frozen at some time prior to it being prepared for us. The calzone was very watery, and unevenly cooked. It was cold on one half and hot on the other. We also ordered a large Lorenza pizza. The crust was not baked sufficiently and was also watery like the calzone. There was very little sausage actually on the pizza. There were a lot of peppers though. The pizza is not comparable to what you would get for less at other stores. It is too expensive for the size of the pizza. I would say, at best, it is a medium size. A hungry person could probably eat the majority of the pizza by themselves. Overall, this place was a disappointment. I would not recommend this restaurant to my friends.

Wood fired pizza and great wine, topped off with some great coffee and dessert. Price is not the best, but this is not a budget restaurant. Edited 1/6/07: I was there last night during happy hour, and boy, I was quite rushed. 30 seconds after being seated, I was rushed to order. With more than an hour before happy hour actually ends, the waitress kept asking us if we wanted to order from the happy hour menu. Calm down, Im here to enjoy my time at this restaurant! It also doesnt help that I was charged incorrectly on the bill, but thats a different story. I sure didnt agree to a $9.5 glass of house wine during happy hour, but I guess service is not needed if theyre already charging a 20% gratuity.

This is our go to pizza place for thin crust pizza, with Zeeks being the one for thick crust. Their pizzas are delicious and I usually get the special of the week which makes a different pizza everytime I go there. Make sure to get gelato at the end. The reason for 4 starts instead of 5 starts is the 20% service charge instead of tips. As a principle I dont like mandatory service charges and I would have liked to see it integrated in to prices instead if they want to move to a no-tip model. I dont mind seeing higher prices on the menu and I believe people in this are smart enough to realize prices are only higher because no tip is expected at the end.

We will not return. Seated at chef viewing bar where place setting were incomplete and unclean; pizza crust so soggy it was droopy dough in the center; sauce watery poor flavor; bathroom dirty; server never returned until done eating and admitted hed left without asking another server to cover and take the drink order wed informed him wed be placing; and top it off this business didnt offer to compensate for poor quality instead imputed a 20% tip on their poor service. One positive was the sausage had a good flavor. Btw, were not picky and were hungry after 14 miles of hiking.
