At the end of November, we got a Groupon for Arnies that was $25 for $40 worth of food. We bought 2, thinking we could use both of them for my birthday dinner. When we (my husband and I) got there (Edmonds location) the waitress was quite rude and kept glaring at my hair (locks) and was talking to us like we were beneath her. It was really irritating. Not only was the waitress rude, but my husband ordered a fishermans platter that he has gotten many times in Mukilteo. The description is for various seafood items, and roasted potatoes. What came was fish and chips with some fried and breaded calamari and shrimp. It was greasy and not what he ordered but the waitress insisted it was. We went to pay and were told we could only use one Groupon per visit, so we only used one and figured we would use the other at the Mukilteo location. We have eaten at the Mukilteo location many times and always got great service and food, so Edmonds was a huge disappointment, but we still like Mukilteo. Now fast forward to the beginning of February. We decided we would use up our second groupon at the Mukilteo location for my husbands birthday, as it expires on February 26th. We went to print out the coupon and saw that the Edmonds location had marked our Groupon as redeemed. I figured they just made a mistake, so I called them. The woman on the phone was quite rude and asked if I still had the receipt. Of course I do not have a receipt from November! I told her I could look on my bank statement to show the amount. I did so and it matched with what I said and what she could see on the ticket. She said she would need to investigate further before she could fix it. I pointed out that their policy is 1 per visit and both were marked redeemed on the same date and time, so that alone should be sufficient, but the fact that my bank statement matched is more than enough proof for her to fix the problem so we could go on our date and use the coupon. She refused and said she would call me back later. She did not. I have since called 3 more times and was basically told to bad, so sad. Basically they just took my money as a tip for themselves or something? I should also mention that we are very good tippers (Once upon a time I was a waitress so I believe in big tips, and figured she just had a bad day.) that we tipped the rude waitress 35% of our bill! We will no longer eat at Arnies after the rudeness and thievery.

1 star service, 2 star food, 1 star atmosphere 3 star view. I really hate when people post super emotional bad reviews, so Ill try to be purely logical and objective. We arrived on time to our 7:30 reservation. 15 minutes passed and we decided to get drinks at the bar while we waited. My fiancée got a wine which was okay. I had unarguably the worst old fashioned of my life, served to me by perhaps the nicest, friendliest bartender Ive had. It wasnt until 8:15 that We were offered to be seated at our reserves spot. The food I had was an over cooked piece of salmon on top of mashed potatoes. The mashed potatoes were incredibly bland, perhaps unsalted. It was listed as seasonal garlic mashed potatoes. It did not taste good. It did not taste bad. It tasted like boiled potatoes. My fiancée got breaded cod with a pretty decent tartar sauce. Both dishes were served with undercooked green beans. Our server asked what we wanted and brought us our food and check, but did not check on us even though our waters were empty most of the dinner. The inside of the restaurant was similar to a red robin that youd find in the mall, and the lights were so bright that youd have to lean into the window to see the view at night. Disappointing experience. Wouldnt recommend it to anyone. I only give this place two stars because the bartender was a fantastic and caring guy, albeit bad at making an old fashioned.

Honestly.... I went there with a living social coupon I got from Mom for my birthday. The service from the waiters was ok and slow.. The food was horrific. went to celebrate with a friend and we both looked forward to dining there, I had the prime rib sandwich My friend had the Cashew incrusted Cod. Tlhe Prime rib sandwich was equal to an Arbys sandwich but more expensive. My friend talked for a few days wanting the Cachew incrusted cod., it was undercooked and made him sick. my friend had and needed to use the restroom to throw up twice. VERY undercooked and not like the menu said. No cachews at all. Overall I would say this was the worst food ever. Even Skippers has better clam chowder than this. It was not crowded not surprised why. I HIGHLY recommend NOT to go there for the food! Good location but if you want Cod death or a cruddly prime rib sandwich be thier guest. Wait staff was ok at best. Not their fault for the food. HIGHLY UNIMPRESSED. I wasted my early birthday lunch at an over priced crud hole for food. My friend got really sick from his first bite of undercooked cod. The food was terrible from start to finish. No one was there NOT surprisingly. I highly recommend NEVER to go there. I honestly had the worst experience at a restaurant ever. terrible terrible! Joe

I went there with a very dear friend. I ordered the Crab/shrimp/salmon Louie (asking for more Crab and less Salmon - which they did - at an additional cost, I didnt look to see what they charged me for that exchange).. The waitress said it was one of the two most requested salads. I was really looking forward to it, "I remember when"... well that was then and this is now. It was the most Uninspired (and small) presentation/meal/salad....with the small amount of 1000 island dressing - there was too much contrast with the 2 pickled asparagus which were too bitter, a couple mushed olives and the seafood..it was dry, tasteless and (freezer) dead I wondered just how long it had been in their freezer compartment. I was very disappointed. One of their most requested salads... and that is all they could come up with...come on Arnies...I expect more from you than that... especially at the prices you charge. Be creative, your letting your name and the view carry you - it wont for ever.

We went to Arnies with a large group and had one open seat. The waitress thought we were waiting for someone, but we were not. They took a bit to take our order, and by this time my daughter was done. Her Dad went to the car with her and the waitress noticed. She spoke with her manager and owned her mistake and the manager took off the dinner, and gave the rest of us a discount. This was so nice, and kind of the restaurant since he did not get to eat with us. People make mistakes and what they did to make up for it was impressive. Will go back again, and encourage others as well. The people are real and kind. They understood us needing to eat with a small child and did everything they could to ensure we were still highly satisfied with our dining experience.
