Stopped in for lunch today and thought maybe they werent busy because all the we-festers were at Perkins or some other place in town. This was not our first time eating here but it will be our last. Menu is new and totally misleading. Prices got jacked up which happens. I ordered the hot turkey which I have had there before. It used to be real turkey on theyre bigger bread with plenty of gravy. What I got today was the smallest chinsiest white bread with the bottom piece being the crust turned outside in like I wouldnt notice. One half of the sandwich had a Tbsp of pkg beef gravy on top. Now to the turkey. Smoked sandwich turkey. I sat waiting for waitress to stop and ask how everything was. Never showed up until she brought the bill. She did bring me a doggy container. Yes for my dog so I could justify paying for the worst meal ever. I almost felt guilty for feeding it to my dog. I now know why they werent busy.

Got charged for something they said would be free because they messed up, the waiter was too busy playing with balancing a box of paper towels to take our order. Then proceeded to make a milkshake, then LICK THE SPOON. Watched her bite her nails, pick her effing nose, BLOW HER NOSE WITHOUT A TISSUE, then proceed to lay the forks out on the table, grabbing them not by the handle but by the part in which people will soon be putting their mouths on. Needless to say, will not be going back. EVER. "Soda Jerk" needs to be fired. And to put this into perspective, this is my first time writing a review of any kind. Be prepared for boogers on your forks and nail bits on the ground. Oh, and waitresses licking the spoon in your milkshake. Needless to say, not letting my boyfriend pick where we eat next time lol.

the diner has got the 50s memorabilia and friendly staff. But our food experience was not great or even good. the french fries were soggy and cold. the meatloaf sandwich was the worst sandwich i have ever had. the bread fell apart after the first bite and the meatloaf is cut too thick and was dry. had the meatloaf been cut thin and arranged on bread it might have better than being served like it was a brick between 2 slabs of bread. the restaurant was recommended to us by a local is the reason we gave it a try. the shakes were very good

DO NOT STOP HERE!!! I do have to say the staff was friendly... both of them, but they were so understaffed the service suffered. We are travelers on a budget so eating out is a treat and not done often. I feel robbed after lunch here. My daughters kids burger was dry, my meatloaf sandwich was cold and tasted like Swanson Hungryman made it and the fries, which we had to pay extra for were cold and dry.

Spent hours looking at antiques, so hubby & I though we would go rest our feet at the diner. Wasnt busy, finally was seated. Magazines on the table & they tossed a couple of menus on the table. Been there 15 or 20 minutes, got water but watched waitresses walking around, visiting with each other. Tables got helped that came in after us. We finally left. Well never go back

Great salads and fine milkshakes make this a must stop for any Cashmere Antique visit. It is especially convenient for anyone doing Apple Annies Antique Center which is in the same building. Both are connected internally by a doorway - you can eat while antiquing or antique while eating. Rest of the menu food is ok while prices are really good for the area.

We stopped here on our way back to Seattle and it was the perfect place for lunch. The atmosphere is awesome, good food (especially the veggie burger), and our server was new and still amazing! My almost three year old was entertained and had alot of things to keep her busy while we waited for food. I highly recommend this for anyone with kids on a road trip.

Our entire family has eaten here for years. We finally can no longer deal with the food issues. They seem to have lost the customer service we had grown to expect. Either shorting us on food to not caring, or will not do anything about them, when issues often happen. Sad, as this used to be a regular place for our extended family too.

We stopped in to treat the kids to some ice cream for good behavior while we looked through the antique store. We were surprised to spend $15 on 3 regular milk shakes, that were half full in the cup, had virtually no flavoring added, and were full of ice chips from the freezer burned ice cream they used. Definitely wont be back.

Great diner food, especially the shakes. Fast cheerful service, I would definitely repeat. Sampled the burger and onion rings, the burger patty was quality meat well prepared on a fresh lightly grilled bun. Rings were crispy with real onions inside, almost certainly prepared from scratch.

It was a lot of fun. We asked for no green peppers. ..we got green peppers. We were given a roll with my daughters pasta That was very hard...we are talking sitting on the counter from last week hard. Not so much as I am sorry, or offered a replacement.

The atmosphere is so retro it actually feels like it takes you back 50 years or so and the food is something else! Everything on the menus good but make sure you save room for a shake because they are practically a piece of heaven!

If you havent taken the time to stop by youre missing out! Cute diner, friendly service, great milkshakes! So many antiques in the adjacent warehouse that you could get lost if you wanted to.

Giving it 4 stars because the only thing we ordered were milkshakes, so Im not sure about their food. The milkshakes were wonderful though and the atmosphere was fun.

Food was acceptable but was agonizing slow getting to us and delivered by truly terrible wait staff. Not a pleasant experience!

We stop here for milkshakes (made with hard ice cream, not soft serve) each time we are in town! Love the place!
