I will start with the positives- the food. The food was excellent. It was not ordinary "bar food". We ordered the calamari appetizer which is one of the $5 happy hour specials. It was some of the best that I have ever eaten. It was a nice serving of tender tubes and tentacles with a light, crunchy batter. It is made with long, thin strands of crispy fried onion in the same batter. Its topped with a little cheese and a drizzle of sauce. It was very filling. The entrees we ordered were B&B burger and shrimp po boy sandwich. I had the shrimp po boy. It was a generous amount of yummy medium sized shrimp on a delicious soft long roll, with lettuce and bright red tomato. It came with a choice of side. I chose the french fries which were served hot and very crisp with a hint of crunchy batter on them. My friend said the burger was really good. I think it came with bacon and carmelized onions on it. The decor had a key west beachy vibe. The service provided by the two waitresses in the dining area was terrible. When we entered there was no one at the hostess stand. After a waiting several minutes the bartender yelled over "someone will be right with you." One of the waitress looked over and said "sit whereever you want." They werent that busy. I would say the small dining room was about half full (maybe 6-7 tables) for two waitresses. We sat and waited and waited. No one ever even looked in our directions. We didnt have any menus. I finally went to the hostess stand and got two menus myself. Again, we waited and waited. I dont mind a reasonable wait if you are busy, just say something to us. Finally I went to the other side of the restaurant and gave the bartender our order. She happily took it and then sent over the waitress from the bar side, who was excellent. I didnt get her name but she was attentive and really nice. The food is excellent and I would probably go back but I would look for the waitress with the tats, shes great.

Went for early dinner with my wife. I got the BBQ pork and she got the Greek Salad with Grilled Chicken Breast. This was my second time going and both times the food has been great. The BBQ Pork was the best Pork Sandwich Ive had and that says alot being that were near NC (clearly a big BBQ area). Service was good, its nice to not be hounded when eating but the waitress made sure everything was good and that we had what we wanted. For an appitiser and our meals total came to $25. Needless to say we will be going back a third time. I would say being half bar/ half restaurant the place is not a Dennys or IHOP so if you take children there and complain about atmosphere I would have to say thats up too you. One of the best dives around here. All the food was fresh and well prepared. Thanks.

Very poor service if you could even call it that… • The waitress brought all orders out separately and ask everyone who had what • Poured water into someone’s coke • Never brought out soda refills the entire meal • Took 15 minutes to get the check to us • The manager had to come out to assist the waitress with a party of 8 when the restaurant was empty Don’t go for breakfast the staff may still be hung-over or strung-out from the night before. Lunch or Dinner may be a better time to go. Food was awful by the way…

Went there last night cause we found the Groupon and figured why not. Atmosphere was friendly and cheerful. The Waitress, Ally, was as sweet as can be. Of course liked the Thursday night Corona Special and we both had a Dirty Bird Burrito. The kitchen even modified them for us to make is spicy. It was one of the best burritos weve ever had. I would highly recommend eating there and we will be back.

Im from out of state and stopped in for the night on a road trip. Had a blast. The live entertainment was spectacular and that doesnt even begin to describe how much fun it was. Amazing time, recommend to anyone that wants mind-blowing food and an awesome atmosphere. And definite shout out to the wait staff for being so friendly and making me feel like I was at my own hometown hangout.

Food was ok. Steak was rare when I had asked for medium. When my plate was returned half of my food was not returned. No offer to rwduce.our bill or provide replacement. Waitress was horrible. Not attentive. Seemed to have an attitude. Took over 15 minutes to get our check after she cleared our plates. We used to eat here all the time. We wont be back.

The fish tacos are disgustingly dressed with a mayo based "baja sauce". This is a true dive bar. The kind drunks hang out at after1am squinting out of one eye to see which woman theyd like to harass. Someone should reopen this place as Frankies (which it was for about 50 years) and I will have a place I can take my kids to.

Food was pretty good. Service was terrible. Our food came and our server didnt ask us if we were okay or needed anything. My drink was completely empty and I had to walk to her to ask for a refill. A fly flew into my girlfriends drink. When asked for a togo drink, she told us they were out of lids. Would not go back.

This is a great little locals Bar and Grill close to the Bay. The food is excellent. Great happy hour specials. I recommend the Cuban sandwich, and the she-crab soup isnt too shabby either.

Fantastic! Our waitress was super cool. Got a delicious burger and wrap and washed it down with some locally brewed beer. Definitely recommend it for anyone passing through or visiting

I had the "Black & Blue" salad for lunch yesterday. Easily one of the best salads Ive ever had. Nice little joint. Very casual atmosphere. I hear the shrimp and grits are amazing, too.
