In NJ there are millions of Dunkin Donuts, in the south theres Krispy Kreme. Oh geese. There is only one reason to go here and thats for your sweet tooth. Youre not looking for nutrition at this place. You want warm gooey sugary sweet melt in your mouth doughnuts. Thats exactly what you will get. The air outside smells like doughnuts when you drive in. There are assorted doughnuts here that are tasty too. This place made me realize I cant move too close to my lovely family in Va. The influence lol. We bought two dozen. First box assorted (Looks down in shame) was handed to us in the drive thru. They told us wed have to wait for the hot ones! There wasnt a complaint anywhere. Not even horns from the cars behind us because when Krispy Kreme tells you to wait YOU wait patiently. So we all set there.....eating assorted doughnuts. A few moments later we were given the hot box and yes.....as we drove away we all proceeded to grab a hot doughnut. Oh man. Krispy Kreme dont come to south/central Nj. Yes I recommend this location. Mouth waters from memory... :)

I love the doughnuts but Im giving a 1 star because as someone that is going through Serve Safe I saw SEVERAL things that shouldnt have been done including not wearing gloves when handling food, grabbing her earbuds then picking at her butt then she rubbed her nose and continued to touch food WITHOUT washing her hands, half eaten sub and drink next to fresh doughnuts, not wearing hair nets, wearing gloves to pick up trash off the floor then continued to work with food without washing their hands, there was also not a Serve Safe certificate. These employees need to be trained better. I didnt saw anything simply because I did not want to end up in a fight. If I worked here things would be done correctly and cleanly. Im not just saying this because Im a germaphobe food should be handled correctly and cleanly. I love KK but I think I will make my own doughnuts from now on and call the health inspector.

Dont use coupons because they do not mean a thing at this location. People buying the deal without having a coupon, and on top of that did not limit how many people could buy. It does not matter if it is day of the dozens or doughnut day, this place takes the money, runs the lines out the door and doesnt reward the people who take the time to follow the rules. It is one thing to extend the offer to people who do not know about needing the coupon or vouchers, its another to exploit the sale and make those of us who came in prepared wait an extravagant time in line because sales were inflated due to the unprepared people. I dont bother when special offers come up. I can go to Food Lion and buy a dozen cheaper and not feel like an unappreciated loyal customer

Well I gave it 5 to begin with because hey lets face it....its a doughnut shop...you cant really go wrong ...right? Yea, so I thought. Just walked in with a coupon for a free dozen ...from at least 50 foot away im told ...sorry your coupon is a forgery. Ours dont have that many numbers. Ok...this would be cool had the paper been facing you and you were not on the other side the store. Been a paying customer for years....thats a nope....never again with that kind of treatment...at least look at what I got before you tell me you dont take it.

They had extremely limited selection of assorted donuts and the hot/fresh glazed were so small, it didnt fill out the box. And when they are smaller, they just taste like oil. Not a great experience. Staff is friendly though, except for the manager on duty who walked around with a sour puss face. She had to authorize a coupon at the register. She could at least look up at the customer and say "hi." I guess their 2017 new years resolution is to lower standards.

What!! Who doesnt love their hot doughnuts rolling along behind plexiglass. Yum. Nowhere else can you get these. Go before 10am for hot ones. Their Broad St. Store sells merchandise. Cute & unique gifts. Coffee is OK. Need carafes of 2% or WHOLE milk. Visit. Watch the doughnuts being made! Eat only 2!!! Take home a half dozen. Share. Good times from long ago & still here!

Stopped in for a sweet treat today after visiting the nearby Kroger store. Lin helped me and was SUPER nice and even offered to refill my drink on the way out the door. Its refreshing to see OUTSTANDING customer service these days. Keep it up, Lin! Youre the BEST!

Five stars for the donuts, one for the folks who work at this location. It is a hit or a miss, I have encountered rude and unprofessional staff. They need to train their staff, or change them, either way this place needs to be fixed.

Im always welcomed with the "Were out of glazed donuts". Either management and associates are just as lazy to meet demands, and supply for items that are the most bought. Its really not hard at all. However, Donuts are delicious.

Went over there early in the morning to get doughnuts for the seniors and went to get a dozen and they took a while but for the wait they gave me another dozen free of charge and that made my day and the seniors too.

If you have a Sweet Tooth, you are definitely at the right place!!! Treat yourself at KK, the best bonus at this spot is when the Hot & Ready Light is on at the window, youll know for sure you can overindulge!!!

Overall nice experience. Just not as cool as the one in Fredericksburg. This one doesnt have a window for the conveyor belt that lets you see the dough rise before frying. Other than thats its great!

Very unorganized. They need better management. A complete overhaul of the entire process of running their business should be explored. The West broad location is what they should strive to be like.

Great donuts and fast service. Only problem is sometimes at night the drive tru line tends to be really long. Other than that, its what you would expect from any Krispy Kreme store.

Nothing beats a classic glazed doughnut ( or a dozen) when theyre fresh off the line. Nice for kids as you can watch the doughnuts go down the assembly line through the glass.

Great location. The store has its own doughnut machine that is always running (this is one of my favorite dining experiences, watching those Hot Nows getting made).

The staff member was testy and for some reason they do not turn the Hot sign on in the mornings so I have to ask. Start going to the West Broad location instead.

This one has its own machine, so if you are observant, you can get Krispy Kreme glazed donuts as they were intended to be enjoyed: warm and fresh!

The doughnuts are so good. Especially the hot glaze ones fresh off the line. A dozen usually last about two days in my house. I know sad. Lol
