Rude service, HORRIBLE burger, HORRIBLE BLT. We were all but asked to leave because we showed up ten minutes before a Sunday close. The food was TERRIBLE, and the waiter implied that breakfast was off the menu...I just couldnt list all the things that went wrong without writing a novel on the subject. It was terrible, I literally felt sick after eating, rude everything, rude everybody, disgusting food, were swearing off restaurants entirely for at least a year after this experience, we will just cook the food ourselves and shop locally.

I hope the food isnt as bad as the carwash is. Do not bother with the car wash even if you car has just a slight dirty film from rain road dirt. Was not worth the 11$ dollars, and no drying? Dissapointing , what a sad way to do business in a pathetic little town. I will not be spending my money in this sad town any more, Walmart is the only thing this town has going for it and that is sad, Target would be overpriced for these nobodys....

I just had the pleasure of dining here for lunch! When you first enter youre not sure what to expect. But we were greeted warmly, and enjoyed looking at the menu, which has quite a variety, including great breakfast items. Will have to try on our next trip. I had the delicious She Crab Soup and a wonderful crab packed crab cake sandwich. A pleasant surprise for a unique location! Cant wait to come back again!

We plan on taking a group of bikers to the Northern Neck next year and were looking for a novel place to eat breakfast. We tried the Car Wash Cafe. Service was OK. The food was very good. For two modest breakfast items (eggs benedict and french toast and two coffees, including a 15% tip, we paid over $31 dollars for breakfast. Our group would hate us if we took them to this place!!

Worst breakfast ever. Ordered an omelet and it was not edible. The eggs were overcooked and there was WAY too much cheese on it. It was actually disgusting to think someone would put that much cheese on something. I cant believe my husband and I paid $35 dollars for the 2 of us for small portions that were not even edible.

Do NOT drive by and think "why would I eat at the car wash?" The answer is simple: because its really good food and you will regret it if you do not! We had breakfast. I had the best blueberry pancakes in my life. Also, I am still thinking about the grits! FIL had eggs benedict with fried oysters. He loved them!

We were looking for breakfast. The name of the cafe is deceiving. This isnt connivence store food, it is well thought out and fresh. I had the special of Eggs Benedict Chesapeake, which I chose the crab cake option instead of the fried oysters. It was very good. Crab cake was meaty. Sauce was rich and creamy.

Excellent food. Physical seating is tight in the space accorded. Waitstaff is good with working in a tight space. Recommend you stop to eat, you will be pleasantly surprised. Get there early during their serving hours. Check with them in advance if you bringing a large group. Enjoy!

They have a good menu and the food is good. Its a little pricey for the type of place it is, but its a decent place to eat. The biggest problem is that they close at 2:00 every day. They are doing some renovations, so maybe theyll change their hours too.
