There is one waitress that I wouldnt recommend having (Cathy) we had to keep telling her what we wanted for our meal over at least 3times she was too busy trying to see what the table next to us was talking about!! Then when order our meal the lady at other table kept call her in stead of saying i will be right with u she walks away right in the middle of our ordering and said to us I am so sorry she should have taken care of us first because she was right in the middle of our order and not listening to what we wanted.. Lord I only hope the order is right!! With my husbands order she kept asking him about apples or pot. Casserole. This item didnt come with either so I think she needs to learn the menu... Plus it took us 35 mins for our order I have never ever waited over 15 to 20 min. For our food. I think she was taking orders from other tables then putting in all at once. So please do something about (Cathy)

Awful experience....we ordered a side of gravy. The waitress puts it in front of our baby (on the other side of the table from who ordered it). Before my husband to push it away our baby got it and gravy went all over her , my husband and other child. I jumped up to get it off of her scared it would burn her and the waitress says "its not hot shes fine". Then proceeded to continue to pass me plates as I was cleaning up the gravy. Barely an apology and never offered to get anything to help clean up. Worse the manager pretty much blamed us for the situation. I was so upset. When I asked for the general manager she told me he was not there. When I asked when he would be in so I could talk with him she told me she refused to tell me. I have never been treated so horribly. So disappointed

Stopped by for lunch to get out of the terrible rain. But once we stepped inside and were quickly seated a ray of sunshine broke through the dark skies. That ray of sunshine was our server Nick. Nick is not just a pretty face, he provided excellent service with a smile! He was both patient and understanding and went out of his way to explain the menu to a member of our group with developmental problems. I wish every server I had was exactly like Nick. Promote this man. Food was good, like always.

Un excelente lugar tanto para desayunar como cenar!!!!! La atmósfera del ligar me gustó mucho y el menú es bastante amplio y los precios no son para nada altos!!!! Ahhh y los postres también valen mucho la pena jje jje

What can one say? Its another Cracker Barrel. Nothing special. Just good, honest, down-home style country cookin (or, at least, what currently passes for country - i.e., they probably use healthy ingredients and a minimum of lard); but still, its very close to what I grew up with in Tennessee, Georgia and North Carolina. The restaurant service was very good. Attentive, but not hovering. Restrooms and store were clean and fresh. Very personable staff.

I liked the food and the manager and the cashier was nice however our server was Jamie and she was not very pleasant We felt very ignored and like she was not pleased to wait on us, Everytime we come we always get Kristin! She always gives us the best service ever we will be returning to this Cracker Barrel but will not be having Jamie as our server

This is a great place where I have eaten too many times to count. I have never had a bad experience in the years I have eaten here. Now, I have eaten at Cracker Barrels that I would say have better service at times, but this one is not bad at all. The last time we went, the manager sat down and talked with us for a while--very nice!

We got 5 meals and 4 put of the five were perfect and great delirious meals but the one meal was on the cold side but we were traveling and stopped here and didnt have time to ask for the problem to be corrected but for the prices you cant go anywhere else and get this kind of food and portions for such a cheap price.

I thought the food sucked there i was going to the one in upstate ny and it was great but this place flat out sucks no taste in the food blander then bland . Corn bread was nasty to taste and the coke slaw was horrible as well . I will never go back there . Waste of time and money .

No guest awareness..... After server took order,she started busing tables. 10 min later she came back and asked if I wanted apples which I clearly told her I did not. So she was just ringing our order in? 4 star trainer! Might want to reconsider.... Donna missed the mark!

Food was great, service was fantastic as usual. However; one hour prior to closing, they were out of biscuits...why arent they made throughout the day? Very disappointed. S.O.S. was ok, but had been dreaming about their biscuits and gravy. : (

We had a new server today. He was a young man. He was great and tried hard. No other servers tried to help him however. He was nervous and spilt drinks. He seemed to be having a hard time. I felt so bad because he was so sweet and tried so hard.

Cracker Barrel is always our Sunday endeavor after church and it never fails to please. Its clean; the foods delicious; the service is always good. Were content with Cracker Barrel.

Very very friendly servers and while the parking lot looked packed and even though it was packed inside we were able to get a table for 6 in less then 5 minutes. Very efficient

Sat there for 10 minutes and was not waited on. I got up addressed the issue with the manager and left. Terrible experience. Worst I have ever seen. Do not stop here

A true chain, in a good way. You can go to any location and still feel like you are at home. Chicken and dumplings are the best!
