Went to pick up some quick food after work. I hadnt eaten here before but my step kids asked for it. The girl at the register was very kind and helpful. HOWEVER if I order something and youre out of an ingredient (in my case feta cheese) as a manager you shouldnt tell your employees to not say something to your customer. Im thinking my order had enough for a full order because you arent coming to me. I dont care if you had a little bit left. Clearly you didnt have enough for a full order. That is why your employee went to you with the concern. And instead of giving me an option of changing meals or even different cheeses you let me leave in hopes of not complaining. Now he did offer to deliver something else to my home BUT Im not going to give you the chance to spit or do worse to my food. 06/21/2016

Ive found hair in my food here, wrapped up with the veggies and hummus in a wrap. Put an end to that meal pretty quickly. But the worst experience was when the staff took my order for a wrap with vegetarian chicken. I received the wrap and quickly discovered that my wrap was full of real chicken. When I mentioned it to the staff, the woman who took my order matter-of-factly stated "we dont have vegetarian chicken", and she had silently substituted real chicken into my meal. A more senior member of staff corrected her and remade the wrap with vegetarian chicken. The food was tasty, but that sort of behavior is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE.

Went in with a friend...used to be ok but this time they didnt tell me the item I ordered (which was listed on the menu spread on their counter) was discontinued until after I had been waiting a while. Then when I came up with an alternate I never got my smoothie until I asked where it was after waiting 5-10 minutes (and other people who ordered after me were already getting their food). This isnt the first problem either, a previous time we went with a group of people and experienced the same problem mentioned a few reviews down where they silently substituted meat for a vegetarian sandwich.

Is it even real fruit taste like water and a kool aid packet maybe Im wrong but isnt yogurt an ingredient but had to pay extra (sure it was never added) after all that they insisted that we had already received our smoothies to find out the man who took our order forgot to put the order in cheap ingredients being charged over priced dont go there unless you believe in corporate welfare there are better businesses out there but we all have different experiences so you may love it

Just left this establishment about 30 mins ago. I always come in and get the same smoothie....today a young lady I havent seen in a while made me the most horrible smoothie! Tastes like ice and water. ...no flavor and the presentation should have told me to give it back! She brought both smoothies to me leaking from the tops! I always avoid this girl because of how un happy I see her making other customers . just my luck I get her today. Horrible service. Do better!

The customer service was great...friendly server. The food was excellent, although the Flatbread was a but spicy for a club. The smoothies were excellent. The only things I would change would be napkins and menus more available, and there should always be two employees working. There was only one girl working when I went in and she had to take orders and make all food and drinks. She handled it well and was knowledgeable of the menu, but she could have had help.

Not taking this review down until something is actually done to my satisfaction. When you mess up on an order, fix it! Tropical Smoothie Cafe Fredericksburg served meat to a vegetarian!! And no attempts to apologize or rectify the situation because "the manager isnt here" Absolutely unacceptable

Great smoothies and decent customer service. Unlike others I havent had a problem with the staff. They arent rude but could be a little more friendly. The building has also been clean every time Ive gone there. I would recommend to a friend.

All the guys here are super friendly! Service was quick even though i went at lunch time. Food was awesome! Smoothie was awesome! Will definitely be coming back!

I have always loved tropical smoothie , but at this location the chicken was rubbery and chewy. Plus also found lots of fat in the chicken that I couldnt eat
