I met a friend Saturday morning for breakfast and coffee. All that starts well does not always end well. With our food order I was asked what size coffee cup I wanted and if I desired unlimited refills. I said yes and my friend paid for the unlimited refills as we selected the small cup size. When the order was delivered to our table the server mentioned that the decaf coffee was not made yet so they were providing me decaf americano instead. I reluctantly relented. About 15 minutes later, upon my request for a decaf refill, I was informed that I could not have a coffee refill. I politely explained that I paid for the unlimited refill option and was just hoping to get that refill. It was sternly explained to me that regardless of my order status I was not getting a refill. I curiously asked why this was so? It was explained to me that because I had accepted their offer of a decaf americano in lieu of regular decaf (despite my reluctance) I had lost my unlimited refill status. Hmmm, ok...so I reluctantly relented to their request accepted the one decaf americano and requested my refund of the unlimited refill I had purchased. I was informed that I would not receive the refund. I asked, "why"? I was told my server was new, had made a mistake and I should not have been allowed to get a refill. I politely asked why I (the customer) was making the concessions at their request and over-paying for their mistake? I was informed, "too bad"! I explained that I would have no choice but to report this horrid service situation online, respectfully, of course. I was told "go ahead". I have never reported a bad service situation before, however, this was almost surreal. It absolutely stunned me. I had to say something.

A year ago we enjoyed our first delightful experience at All About Cha. The romantic evening atmosphere, the scrumptious dessert and rich flavorful coffee, and the cheery plates drizzled with design made us look forward to future visits. Sure enough we had made another trip to Tulsa, and saved time in the day to go to All About Cha. We arrived just before 9:30 PM. As we placed our order, we were told, "We dont have espresso any more, just tea and brewed coffee." We were confused and SO disappointed. We reluctantly ordered a brewed coffee and a dessert, and found a seat. Our order was brought to us in a paper cup and a To Go bag, and we were told we could eat there or take it with us. ??? I asked if they were closing. The waiter said, "We close at 10:00, but we have already shut down the espresso machine." Wow. As nicely and calmly as I could, I told him that if I were the owner of this shop, I would probably fire these employees. So, to their credit, they powered the machine back up and brought us a specialty coffee. (In a paper cup.) The difference in our first and second trip is like night and day. But the first one was so wonderful, we might be brave enough to give All About Cha another chance.

My family and I have been here only one time but the impression it made on us was enough that I felt compelled to write a review on our experience! We went in only expecting to get a coffee or two and some yogurt for the kids, we ended up getting nearly a full table of food, two specialty coffees and a jasmine tea. I have been drinking jasmine tea for nearly 15 years and have only had one genuine 100% jasmine tea and this was in Europe at a hole in the wall sushi shop. I was very very pleasantly surprised that this tea was beyond my expectations and I enjoyed it very very very thoroughly!! The coffees and food were also very delicious, we will definitely be going back. They sell the jasmine buds separately as well so I will be purchasing enough to hold me over until we go again!

Sum: Classy workers, nice/modern type atmosphere, delicious drinks and treats, not more expensive then what youd expect at Starbucks(yet much higher quality). Service: Nice and helpful folk, with a very classy style. Everything comes out quick, par with Starbucks. Food/Drink: Everything is so fancy, youll be mesmerized by the little things. Their crepes are divine and their drinks are fine. Conclusion: A really cool, chill place where I would be comfortable bringing a first date. Just the right amount of wow.

We love coming here...often! Service is wonderful. The food preparation is always fast, the plate presentation is very nice and, of course, delicious! Great variety of drinks and food. I highly recommend the Orange Chicken Salad. Their fruit is ALWAYS fresh! Yum! Its not cheap, but it is worth it! The décor is simple and modern. They usually play soft music. All in all, its a great place to sit, work, visit or just simply eat and drink a wonderful cup of tea or coffee.

Fun place with lots of caffeinated options! Coffee, tea, chi (which, I guess, is tea!), cold drinks, as well as tons of food! I had a gluten free peanut butter chocolate chip cookie (dry, but delicious!), and a slice of quiche. They have an expansive menu. Service was great, and the woman behind the counter was an absolute doll! I dont know anything about tea, and she walked me through several options. Then, she checked back with me to make sure I liked my order.

I ABSOLUTELY love this place. After hearing my co-workers talk non-stop about the cafe that just opened up next door, I figured I might as well go try it. I ended up getting their marigold blooming tea on my break and it was The atmosphere was delightful and the staff were very friendly. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone I know. ^_^

My husband and I had lunch today at this gem of an Asian cafe right in the heart of Southlake Blvd. We both had Korean wraps (bulgogi/beef for him and dakgalhi/chicken for me), and for dessert, he had a slice of pecan pie (it is TX!) and I had a ☕ cafe latte. This was a nice treat and this place is all about the little details

I love this place. I asked them to expand their Gluten Free menu and they brought in GF wraps. Youll love their menu and all their teas. I personally love their All About Cha green and their Rose teas. They have free internet and its a great place to relax, kick back and read a book while you eat and sip your drink (hot or cold)

Really cool cafe. Their coffee n desserts were excellent. But customer service needs to be a bit improved n the environment as well. Having an open looking kitchen but a nice seating area kinda looks weird; its like going to an Asian diner but the menu is coffee n stuff, nice staff though.

I have eaten here twice. Ive had their Korean Wrap and Orange Chicken Salad. Both were very good! Their tea prices are kind of expensive and I wished they offered a different option for drinks than expensive tea. But overall very good.
