Great atmosphere, laid back and relaxed. It can get a bit loud in here, but not to a point of screaming to be heard. The wait staff were all friendly and prompt. We had the brisket stuffed potato (Im from Idaho and trust me, I know my potatoes...this is a DEFINITE winner!!) and some ribs and turkey. The potato was bigger than my husbands hand, and the potato salad and pinto bean soup tasted fresh and homemade. Everything we had, including the sides of potato salad, pinto bean soup and coleslaw was delicious!! We could not get enough and ate slow just to savor it all. I was slightly disappointed that the "smoked turkey breast" was like shaved lunch meat, but it was very tasty and I enjoyed it...I was just expecting something like a small piece of breast meat or something I guess. I also wish they served more bread with the meal, but no biggie. Definite recommendation and 100% approval rate from us! They also sell souvenir t-shirts and glasses, and have a "backyard" that has trees, grass, old tractors and some dry lots with horses and long horns that you can leisurely stroll and check out...what fun!

Me and my family moved here and heard this was the best BBQ in the area so we decided to stop by and give them a try. Very crowed and lots of chaos going on. Too busy and it took a while for us to be noticed. I was so excited and ready to eat until our food arrived. Never had ribs to taste sweet and the food was very bland and fatty. One is not suppose to use sauce because the meat is suppose to be the star but in this cause the sauce should have been used. I am from the town that is known for their BBQ and this was not it. The beans were the only thing that I kind of enjoyed, minus all the fat in them. Did notice alot of people eating the steaks and maybe will return to try.

I want to thank this establishment for the great hospitality it gave me and my service dog Duke. The food was amazing along with the customer service. I am a iraq war vet in which I have to have a service dog for the trauma I endured on my deployment and this restaurant never looked down on me having my service dog like some places Ive been to. They even brought Duke some water for his visit. Again thank you Longhorn Cattle Company for your great food and service and setting the standard for how other restaurants should treat vets and people with disabilities.

Me and my family came here this past Saturday to celebrate a birthday and yes, the food was pretty good. However, the next 6 people in our party were sick, throwing up and pooping non-stop a couple hours after and the next day. Working as a waiter myself, I know the symptoms of food borne Illnesses, and these were right out of the book. Im not sure whats going on in that restaurant but I warn you, theres was too many people in our party sick for it to be a coincidence. Cook and Prepare your food right, until then I wont be back.

The fillet I had was perfectly done and the meal was fantastic friends of mine one had the turkey dinner who said its the best turkey dinner ever the other had brisket and said it was fantastic. I love the restaurant in San Benito since it has the cattle and the borrows Out back. Meal was fantastic and one of the best filllets Ive ever had and love the grill that they cook it on inside it makes it taste really really good. Cant go wrong by eating at this place

This place is just awesome.great friendly service always with a smile. The place is very clean. I always go there hungry and leave there stuffed and full of deliciousness. The complimentary beans and brisket in a cup are an absolute must try :-) today I brought my family here with me so they can try it. I usuly come here with friends but my family loved the food and they said we would be coming back. Keep us the good work.

Me and my girlfriend have eaten here a few times. We had dinner just the other day (05/20/2017) and I ordered the brisket and sausage combo. She had the brisket and rib combo. Both my and her brisket was DRY and the beans were a little bland this time around. It doesnt mean we wont go back but we were slightly disappointed. BUT! The service was awesome and the turtle cheesecake was delicious!!

Wonderful food!!!! Best Bar-B-Que ever! Huge restaurant rockin with the same huge heart. I love the country down home cozy feeling I get when I walk in the door! This place is such a fantastic down home experience. From the concrete to the wood frame. The open pastures where the horses and donkeys and maybe a few longhorn roam?!! A true feeling of freedom and hospitality. A JOY of life.

What kind of steak house does not sell/serve steaks over the weekend? This one for example. We have been there about 4 times, each time hoping it will be better, but the service is mediocre, the BBQ not much better and the steaks (when you can get them) are not all that great. Overall not the greatest experience and overpriced for the quality and portions.

The BBQ was all really good, slightly on the dry side, but good flavor and BBQ sauce to make up for it. The value, however, was the best part. My wife and I went and split the 3 entree plate (Ribs, Brisket and Sausage) which was more than enough food for $12. This included beans, coleslaw and potato salad. Well definately return for price alone.

Authentic, family owned, Texas ranch style food! The Longhorn cattle company, Once recognized by "Texas Monthly" Magazine as one of the "Top 50 BBQ Joints in Texas" is Known for their mesquite smoked briskets, sausage, ribs, and steaks! Keep those famous cups of ranch style beans flowing because theyre to die for!

Mmmm! As much delicious bean soup as you want. The steaks are too pricey for us, but the barbecue sandwiches, brisket, and half chicken are a good value and taste wonderful. Most of the wait staff are friendly and attentive. If you get somebody who forgets about you, just tell someone and they will fix you up.

Not good BBQ at all. Sorry, I know good, this isnt. The beans they give you were not that bad, now I dont like baked beans and I kinda liked these, so if you do like baked beans youll probably love them. Definitely store bought potato salad. Very friendly server. Thats a good thing.

Great food, great service, very reasonable prices. I love the bean soup, and highly recommend the brisket stuffed potato- youll probably have to take some home with you. The atmosphere is good but it can get a bit loud sometimes.

One of the worst steaks Ive ever had, especially for the money. If you like grisly steak and overdone baked potatoes this is the place for you. Service was excellent but overall very disappointing.
