The only good thing about this place was the margarita. We ordered the kids meals first, and asked for sour cream for the chicken quesadilla. We had to ask three more times for sour cream as it was not brought out the firat time. The mushroom swiss burger had a few mushrooms on it and the bun was super soggy. Everytime I bit into the burger it was like biting into a vat of grease. I ordered bacon on the burger and it came with no bacon. The sweet potato fries were cold and under cooked. The server brought out ice cream instead of cookies. I told her I ordered the cookies she said we can just take the ice cream; as if it was an inconvenience for her. Since we were traveling the ice cream would of melted. I told her this when we ordered the cookies. The servers were more concerned with horse playing in the back instead of checking on their tables. Because of this I had to go to the hostess for anything. I would not recommend this place to anyone. A very poor meal for the price.

This review is not a comment on the food but is a review of the integrity and honesty of the management of this establishment. Almost 6 weeks ago, we tried to buy a gift certificate for our daughter to celebrate her birthday, which was still over 3 weeks away. The charges for this certificate were immediately posted to our credit card and we waited for the gift to arrive. After 2 weeks, we called the establishment to find out the status of our certificate. We were told it was sent out the next day after we ordered it and they couldnt understand why we didnt receive it. It was now too late for a birthday gift so our money was refunded. The management of the restaurant said they were sorry for our troubles and that THEY would send a gift in its place. We also have NEVER received this either to this day ( July 20th ). I would caution anyone about using their gift certificate experience based on our own treatment.

Went there for early happy hour today, sat at the bar with a party of 2. One male and 2 female bartenders were so caught up in personal gossip that they forgot to attend to all customers. I had an appetizer with no utensils or napkins after Id asked for some. I was forced to get up and retrieve them myself as the bartender was upset when Id asked him twice. The service continued around their personal topics and charging their cell phones on the counter which they checked their messages before they checked if we needed a refill. Terrible service despite a 20% tip I wasnt there to be a jerk nor did I shy them of their unrewarded tip. Had not been there in over 11 months and I will never return when management allows that type of service as acceptable or mediocre service. If you are looking for that type of customer service, then this is your place.

Worst service ive ever had at a restaurant. Our waiters service was the worst! He explained the menu wrong and he spoke so low we hardly could ever hear him. It took 30 minutes for someone to even take our drink order then 30 minutes later one meal came out and the other meals came 30 minutes after that then they forgot my 6 year olds food and he literally broke down in tears because he was hungry and everyone had their food except him we had to wait an extra 20 minutes after that for his food to come. Then after that we were offered a free desert by the manager Manuel but 30 minutes had passed and still nothing so we left. We did let the hostess know that we were leaving in case they did actually put our order in so they wouldnt have to make it. We will never come here again though lesson learned.

I dont get to come as often as i would like because its far from home, but i absolutely love this place. Let me run you thru my menu when i come. My wife and i start with a sangria margarita and the gringo dip for starters. Then we have the chicken Madera for my wife and the Memphis burger for me. Let me tell you , your not going to be disappointed with the menu, the portions drinks or food. I like to come after 3 P.M . Before 5 P.M. There is no wait, not crowded. This place is very very popular so if you come for dinner plan ahead. I love the happy hour crew because Julian the manager in charge is good to his people and in turn they are good to me and my wife. Ashley our server is excellent.I hope this helps someone bring a special person to a fun place where they can be served with excellence.

Horrible service! Dont eat here!! I will never come back. Waste of money seriously . Took a while for waitress 15 min Wait after seated . My drink was purposely watered down . Margaritas suck ! Sour mixer all the way. Not great bartenders or food service isnt great either.I got straight up Hennessy shot (double) had a great day and wanted to celebrate. But you know my Hennessy look like watered down tea. Came to find out they watered my drink because they ran out of the alcohol (Hennessy) manager argued that it was not true in fact I knew it because didnt even smell like a beverage . She act with an attitude and talking back like she didnt care. Took a while to come back and service our table.

At one time I was a regular at this place but now the service is not so great Julian and Edward who are managers now are the only professional that they have working there the rest of the young waiters could care less.This place was the bomb at one time now they cant get your order correct and the Mexican staff cater to the Mexican customers if you are black they treat you like you dont matter.. If Julian or Edward isnt working I leave. The staff needs training they need to let Julian or Edward train the staff when they were waiters they were amazing they are amazing managers now but the staff sucks its such ashame because this place was once a great spot to dine and kick it...

Descent food and drink but way to pricey. The staff is an entirely different story. We were forgotten about till a general manager came up and pointed us out to his staff. The staff seem to be content to text and talk about who slept with who from the night before. The bartender while he wasnt flipping his hair back and forth was busy rolling his eyes at customers when asked if they bring some seat cushions for te outside dining area. Note to the owner: your staff is screwing you, they have no work ethic or desire for customer service the only real asset you have is the African American gentlemen who has to do everything himself because the kids you hire arent doing anything.

Have walked in and already will not be back. Forst of all, having been a manager, waiter and bartender, you always sit a guy by himself with a WAITRESS not a waiter. Just like when a group.of females.come.in you always guve them to a guy. That is strike.one. Number two, you never as a waiter and say hey boss what do you want boss.. I am NOT your boss. Terribly disrespectful. Plus not attentive at all. I ask.about the menu and and got a blank stare. Will not be back to ant more of these anywhere. Had a friend highly recommend it last night sp thought I woild try to day. But go somewhere else.
