I came here Sunday night around 8pm with my boyfriend. We had been here twice before and had been so blown away by the amazing food, we recommended the place to everyone we knew. On this visit, however, we were treated so poorly by our server and the manager, it was impossible to enjoy our food. We ordered two appetizers and two pizzas. Our pizzas came out in ten minutes but sat on the counter in the kitchen, in plain view, for another ten minutes. Three people including our servers watched the pizzas and walked past them multiple times. Finally the server brings the pizzas to us and starts to walk off- I stop her to let her know were still waiting for our appetizers. She says "oh okay Ill go check on them" and leaves. I pick up a pizza slice and find that its room temperature at best and my boyfriends pizza is just as cold. A few minutes later our server returns with our appetizers and we let her know our pizzas are cold and could she get us a couple boxes to take them home. She stutters and says something like "oh okay" and leaves. We eat the appetizers and watch her talk to a manager about the pizzas. We overhear him call out for two new pizzas to be made for us, not that he comes to let us know thats what hes doing. Our server does not come back to talk to us again for the rest of our time there. The manager brings us our new pizzas and two boxes for the original pizzas. When he hands me my pizza he tells me "the arugula goes on the pizza cold, okay?" It felt like he was thinking our original pizzas hadnt actually been cold, just my toppings were. He didnt seem interested in hearing what we had seen happen with our food, nor did he ever apologize for the long wait times. I also asked him for a water before he left us and he nodded "okay" and walked off. Not two minutes later we see him on the far side of the kitchen tossing dough and making food, never bringing me my water or checking on us again. Such appalling customer service as this means we will not be returning to spin pizza again. Be wary.

The food is good. The hummus was AMAZING. But, man your servers need better training! Training is definitely the issue, there is no way that all four of the people we interacted with could be that bad at their jobs! It started when placing our order for a family of four. Half-way through the order the cashier says, "Thatll be $....." Excuse me, I wasnt done ordering! Next, the table was dirty and my chair had food in it. (I flicked the pizza crust off my chair.) Only half the restaurant was occupied, so they werent super-busy. Next came the drinks, "Did you order ......?" Hmmm, I thought, "Yes, how do you not know that?" Since, we are the only party with four people who just came into the restaurant. (This point might be a little picky.) Next, the waitress slammed or dropped the cups. What?? Really?? Next, we got our food and literally within five and in the middle of a bite, the waitress says, "Do you need a to go box?" I thought, "Huh? We just started eating less than five minutes ago. Are you asking us to leave?" So, when we were done eating, I asked for a box. She went away and started washing down tables, instead. :) Girl, you should not be a waitress, you are nice but definitely a bad hire. Maybe shes a great something else, but definitely not a waitress! I blame this bad experience on the manager and his lack of training for his staff. I will not be back. Ill spend my $50 somewhere else.

Gave this place a shot because its not too far from where I live. I was born and raised in italy where I spent more than 30 years of my life. I am always looking for places that offer authentic Italian food. I have to be honest I have not found many. Partly its because tastes of locals differ a lot from the tastes of Italians. I know for a fact that most locals would find real Italian cousine pretty flavorless. That said I will move to the pizza. When I first go somewhere where authentic Italian (napoletana) pizza is advertised I generally try the margherita (marinara at times) first. If they cant get that right, nothing else can possibly work. The dough was not leavened properly. The napoletana should be chubby on the sides and soft overall. The tomato sauce was filled with pieces of GARLIC (cmon) and frozen cherry tomatoes were all over the pizza (this is not a primavera gentlemen, you only use cherry tomatoes on white pizzas). The cheese was unidentified, but it should be fresh mozzarella. The price point is where Testa or Cane Rosso are positioned except they offer almost authentic food. If you want a better price/quality ratio try Firecrust instead. If you want real pizza dont go there, might as well go to any American franchise (Pizza Hut, Dominos, etc...).

The pizza here nothing to recommend. Toppings are sparse, especially the cheese. My roasted portobellos and criminis pizza hardly had any mushrooms on the ppie. Very disappointing. It also took forever to move through the service line to place our parties order - painfully slow especially with only one cashier to take orders the process is a long wait!. WARNING - This place is loaded with small children and you you desire a family atmosphere with plenty of small children running around screaming and yelling then this will meet the criteria. Is definitely is a family friendly place. If its a quiet evening you are looking for - you will be disappointed.

Hated it. IF I COULD GIVE A REVIEW AT 0 STARS THIS WOULD DO IT! First: dont waste your time waiting for excellent service and food because YOU WONT GET THAT HERE! Second: DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$$ This place took 10 min just to get drinks for a group of three. 3 waters 1 coke 25 min to finally get a simple 12inch pizza as a app (after we all finished drinks much before) finally the regular food for 12 bucks on a sandwich w/ salad took a whopping 40 min to receive on a Wednesday at 1230pm. TOOK WAY TO LONG AND WAY TO MUCH TIME FOR A SIMPLE LUNCH ORDER. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE TO GET YOUR FOOD PROMPT WHAT-SO-EVER!

A bit over priced for business lunch in the area. I paid $12 for a pizza, soup and a drink that was just ok. We had a party of 4 and it was before lunch rush on a Friday and the server brought out 3 of the meals and we sat for a good 4-5 minutes while we waited on the last meal to arrive. When it arrived it was the wrong sandwich. I would like to say it was just a mistake but this happened to us the last time we came in as well. Place looks great and would be a great place to hang with friends or date but for the $$$ they need to step up or I will not be back.

The food here is great but service is consistently awful. They claim to be "full service" but your server shows up exactly once, never to be seen again. Not only is there no way to get a to go box or a drink refill without hunting down a staff member behind the counter, but the last time I went they didnt even bring out one of the things I ordered. The food is so good though that I always seem to come back. With even slightly better service this place would be an easy 5 stars.
