I had to give a quick review of this mornings (Friday, 7/8/16, 5:15am) visit. I normally get good friendly service and good food/drink at this location every Friday morning, but didnt quite work out that way this morning. The lady at the drive through window didnt give a "hello" or "have a good day" or even a "thank you" while giving her my weekly $15.00 - $19.00. I dont expect a soulful, meaning of life conversation as a customer, but I at the very least I do expect a "thank you". I get this kind of treatment at the Target @ Cityplace in Dallas each time I have to go in there, but dont expect it in Midlothian. Maybe I interrupted a texting session between her and her boyfriend, really not sure. Starbucks, please train your employees to be polite and friendly if nothing else.

This Starbucks location should be the model by which Seattle creates each of their stores. From the drive-up appeal to the immediate feeling of a comfortable place once you step in, its a great place to meet clients, friends or get caught up on some work. Business hours are convenient, internet works great and employees are engaging and accommodating. Oh yea, when it comes to making your drink..."spot on". Im posting this on April 2nd so this doesnt appear to be an "April Fools" joke because it is definitely not. The drive through occasionally makes it challenging for customers attempting to park but that is clearly one of the sacrifices resulting from the magic this team produces each day.

i have came to this so many times in the last 4 weeks more then 10 times & i order on the app most of the time & i say extra times & they never have the toppings or anything like the syrups or whatever & they just give it to you & no money back no anything & that stuff cost extra and i come inside like a couple of times & order & they just make it & we asked if they have the smoked butterscotch one & they said yea & handed it to me & when i got to the window i was like wheres the toppings ?? & they were like we dont have any, well thats the best part & if you dont have it why wouldnt you say that it the beginning?? well i want a refund or $5 on my card or something or i wont be returning .

My husband and I have been coming to this Starbucks since it opened almost 10 years ago! We fell in love with the crew, mostly students and young adults, making their way in the business world with the help of Starbucks. Of course theyve had some growing glitches over the years but who doesnt?!! We are proud to be part of a growing Midlothian Community who supports and encourages new Enterprises and the people who work there. That means forgiving and loving those around us helping them become the best they can be!

Service used to be good a few years ago but lately the service hasnt been great. Ive had my order wrong several times and the man working the drive through is kind of rude and doesnt tell you how much your order is going to be until you get to the window. He doesnt say anything but "Hi" when he takes your order and the least he could say is welcome you to Starbucks. Makes me feel uncomfortable.

This Starbucks has been here for over 6years and like most its become a mainstay in the town. Has had friendly and familiar staff for years, and despite its high volume and awkward drive thru they nevertheless get you your beverage within an acceptable time frame. (5-15min depending on business). Store is always neat and stocked. Great place to meet with friends or colleagues.

Definitely making their drinks with water instead of milk. Girl with the piercings and purple hair has an attitude problem even though she said she didnt have an issue remaking a drink. Stared at me like I was the reason why she hates her life.

Still the same great coffee, but it seems like the quality is on the decline. Table tops are sticky, trash on the floor and mistakes with orders, point to a company that is losing quality control.
