While making a sandwhich the lady drops half of my vegetables off while rolling the sandwhich up , I had to actually say something to her to please open it back up and replace what fell off . Then after several sandwhichs are made we pull out a hundred dollar bill and she then informs us they couldnt take a hundred dollar bill . I said I am sorry you have posted no where we cannot take bills larger than a 20 maybe you should . Her award winning personality I would never go back to this subway even if it was free ! She was on the phone while she left her co worker to fend for herself .. the staff at this location need MAJOR training !! Piss poor customer service and just lazy staff

The food was outstanding. Wine wonderful. We sat outside early this evening, and the weather was perfect. I admit the street noise can be a bit much. Having said that, it was quieter than many restaurants are inside. The food was so good I almost forgot to mention the service. It was wonderful. Attentive, but not the least intrusive. So for an evening treat, I highly recommend Valentien. I know I will be back any time I am in Bakersfield. And if they have the chocolate souffle, have it!

a nice place to enjoy a healthy Subway, they usually have everything, there is few great people seeing and there is other no so good, but they dont last. one of my favorite Subway around town, I feel like they really know what I want, they all ready know me some of the old staff. I will give them more stars, but they always move the staff to other stores!!!!

I love this subway but today the manager was serving, and was very rude. We wanted to use a coupon and she kept rolling her eyes at us while she made the sandwhich.
