My husband and I brought our 3 kids here for dinner... it was fine until some random girl came in and started chatting with the workers. 1 out of 4 of the employees was actually working on our sandwiches, and the other 3 were just standing around chatting it up. It took forever. Then we finally get our sandwiches and drive home from Murphy to Wylie.. only to discover that my husband had been given chicken salad instead of egg salad.. and all of the other toppings he added to the sandwich dont even go with chicken salad. He had to drive the 10 minutes back to the store to get his whole bloody sandwich re-made. If they dont refund our money for that sandwich, your company will be hearing from me. Consider it compensation for wasted time and wasted gas. A tip for this location? Keep a manager on the schedule to babysit your irresponsible workers, or weed out your staff.

I have been to this location just a couple of times. Both times I have been there I have been unimpressed. The owner shows not appreciation of his customers there. I was unhappy with what was supposed to be a cold sandwich as it was fresh out of the toaster when I was there to pick it up. When I brought this to the owners attention, he argued with me and blamed it on the heat of other nearby sandwiches on why mine was hot. I asked for a refund and told him he could keep the sandwich but he refused. He instead insisted that I was being picky and the sandwich was not that hot. I will not be going back to this place and overpaying for a much less than desired sandwich.

I typically dont mind if my order is messed up but in a place that requires the customer to basically write it down for them that is inexcusable. For anyone who hasnt been to a Which Wich (and this was my first and last time), you select a sandwich bag based on the type of sandwich you want and then fill out a checklist of what toppings you want (type of cheese, condiments, toasted/untoasted, etc.). Not only was my bread incorrect but so were the toppings. And the bread was stale. No, thanks. Id rather go to the Firehouse Subs that I passed on the way.

Ok, I know Ive previously claimed other places as my favorites or the best, but Which Which is not only delicious its my go-to place for lunch and dinner. While it is more expensive than other sub sandwhich chains, its a deal when you load up your sub with anything and everything other places dont offer. 10/10 would definitely reccomend to anyone!

This place makes my favorite sandwich even better i was able to add fresh avocado onions anyway id like and the bread brings flavor to the whole thing. Id like to see this chain in more places so try it out we have the power to make it better.

The food was fast and good. :) I got the Cuban which and it was fabulous! My friend said that her sandwich, the turkey club, was good but a bit salty. She prefers Subway but this is a good place to eat.
