TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The hostess was very very unprofessional and disrespect. I called to speak with the Manger and she said the manager was busy and took my name and number. She asked for my whole name and I refused and she just laughed at me. My food was taken out to the wrong table then 10m later given to me. The food was cold and had hair in it! Our server didnt even check on the problem until it was already solved by another server. Our cups were clearly dirty but server said it was water stains. The whole place is just a disappointment! Bad energy and terrible workers.

For the past month Ive been eating breakfast here every Tuesday before going to the farmers market. Ive only gotten pancakes, but Ive had different flavors every time and theyre great. A friend of mine had a power wrap I believe and she found it good as well. The servers weve had are nothing special, but theyre friendly. The only complaint I have is that the floor is oddly sticky? I cant tell if its from under the tables, but when we go to pay for our meals we find our shoes sticking to the floor afterwards. Nothing to avoid the place about, but they may want to figure out a way to fix that.

Fantastic food but terribly understaffed. Takes forever to be seated-even when there are plenty of tables open and ready. Wait times for food are usually OK but not great. You pay up at the register, which inevitably means more time standing around waiting for someone to come up and ring you up. Its alright if you have a leisurely hour-plus for a meal. If youre looking for a quick breakfast by yourself this isnt it. The quality of food does keep me coming back, but the bottlenecks are a serious deterrent in a lot of situations.

Extremely polite hostess and server, great experience with that. The food and cleanliness was not good at all. I have been to First Watch restaurants for the past 20+ years, normally the best in any city. The coffee mugs had lipstick (which happens, not a huge deal), first set of silverware with food on it, second set also with food on it. The poached eggs came out hard boiled. Just not good, sorry for the bad review, but other than the front of the house staff I was extremely disappointed.

My first visit based on recommendations so I decided to try it out. Arrived well after the lunch crowd and was promptly seated. Perused the menu and noted a pretty decent breakfast offering but the lunch part of the menu was not really my style. Not faulting them...everyone has their preferences. Went for the French Toast and it was very good, soaked well in the egg batter and cooked perfectly. I will come back to try some of their other breakfast items.

Our service was absolutely horrible. When we entered we werent even greeted, when we were finally acknowledged it was rudely by Candace the red head host she threw our menues on the table as she walked off saying someone would be with us. Then we got Steven who was rude af and payed absolutely no attention to us. We waited 35 mins to order when we finally got our food it was cold hairy and incorrectly prepared. Needless to say we will not be back.EVER

There was about a 30 minute wait for a table but this restaurant has a great option : immediate seating at a community table. So instead of waiting and eating alone I was able to walk right in and enjoy a lively conversation with a diverse crowd, The food was terrific and the service friendly. This is not fast food so I wouldnt go there if I was in a hurry, but for friendly atmosphere and great food Id be there in a heartbeat.

Enjoyed every bite! Weve been looking for a good breakfast place, and we found it here. We try to eat clean, and really enjoyed the fresh ingredients and healthy options. I had a skillet hash that was super yummy, my husband had the elevated egg sandwich that he loved. The coffee is very good, the juice options interesting and tasty- I had the morning meditation. We left pleasantly full, and feeling good about the meal wed eaten.

I was really excited about the menu, lots of seemingly fresh, delicious and healthy options. Service was poor, I asked twice just to get initial glasses of water. Food was tasty, until I found a hair(s) in my food. I sent it back and received a replacement which I still ended up paying for. I was hoping this would be a new favorite breakfast/brunch spot, but I am not likely to return any time soon.

My family was deciding between Mimis Cafe and here, we decided on here because of their sweetened green tea. After waiting 30 minutes to be seated, we were told we would have to wait 20 minutes for the green tea because he said they cant brew it until they get an order for it. This rule seems ridiculous. Also, the "biscuits and gravy" for $4.99 is ONE biscuit and a small side of gravy.

Im not sure why I read some not so favorable reviews. I have visited First Watch in Murfreesboro, TN several times since this place reopened. I have always been pleased with the service. On one ocassion I thought the coffee was not up to standard, so I mentioned it. Next time in the coffee was great and keeps getting better. (Nonbias Opinion)

Food is okay. Service is slow. Bus girl put out the "clean" glasses and mugs and had her fingers inside and all over the rim. Disgusting, cant believe she hasnt been trained to hold the outside of the drinkware. Burnt bacon, uneven cooked eggs.

Took awhile to get my order taken but did the waitress was nice and apologized. Did was amazing had an Chile something omelette was pretty good had way too many ovacados for me. My girlfriends breakfast sandwhich was good.

Very good food and service. The breakfast tacos are my go to item, but I like everything else I have gotten so far. Its not the cheapest place in town but the food and service more than make up for the difference.
