Looks like the posts for this location have consistently dropped in the last year. We had never been before and so I should have checked these reviews. We ordered beers (two 16 oz and two 22 oz). When my 22 oz arrived - it was in a 20 oz cup ... the waitress said something about they "ran out of the tall cups". The cup was not full and obviously no where NEAR the 22 oz we ordered and ultimately were charged for. I took the cup home and used a measuring cup to determine just "how much" we were sold and it was spot on 16 oz in this 20 oz cup. Sounds illegal to me ... to knowingly charge for the higher priced menu item and deliver the lower priced one to the customer. We went to see the band playing there (Rubiks Groove) and hoped to have a good experience beyond just the band. The Wild Wing concept is fine, the stage and sound system are good, but the facts are undeniable ... the layout is not conducive to truly offering the best possible experience to the most possible patrons. We could not get a seat in the room where the band was playing and the music was so loud in the "back area - out of sight from the band" we could hardly carry on a conversation without yelling at one another. So not really worth being there for the "band" per se. They should change the acoustics in the back room to allow for a better experience - since you cannot truly see or enjoy the band from there. I asked that the wings I ordered be "extra crispy" since they do not serve them "naked" or skinless ... they were decent enough - but obviously had not been left in the deep fryer longer to cook off more of the fat/skin. Excuses are plentiful when you simply do not want to put your customer first. So I will not make any for this location. I also - will not recommend, return, or say anything else about it.

Website shows open until 2:00 am they are open until 11:00 pm Got here tonight Sept 4, at 10:30 and the kitchen had already cleaned the grill and told our waiter they would only make Wings , nothing that need grilled , I asked to talk to manager being a busisness owner myself , I believe in customer service and if this was the case we should had been told when hostess seated us , our waiter was the best he got what we wanted to order , first of all he should had never been put in that position to to have to tell us , 2nd of all who ever is over FB page and web site should have correct information on it , and Third if you go in tell them you want Chris to wait on you He deserves a GOOD raise and good tips !!! The manager never would come and talk to us he was too busy talking to the lady employees , Chris was taking care of everyone it seemed . , sad when a company dont recognize a good employee .

Our veggie skewers tasted like they were cooked on a dirty grill; returned them for fresh ones that then seemed to be microwaved with some sort of spicy sauce on them. I couldnt eat them because they burnt my mouth so badly. Husbands turkey wrap tasted like bad meat. Son wouldnt eat his wings (which he usually loves at other places!); he said they tasted bad. Other son said the honey mustard sauce tasted like there was something wrong with it. Waitress (who served with a sweet smile) tried to help out by trying to have manager comp a meal, but the manager refused. This is the second time weve given this place a chance. Will not return.

This was a failed week 3 attempt for us. I have repeatedly contacted cooperate about the problems in staff and management, and all they want to do is offer $10 coupons for a cheap failed dining attempt next week! Pathetic excuse for managment! Maybe a little competition from another site on exit 27 should be called for! If a business with such a pathetic staff and management system can thrive on 19 I can only imagine what a real staff and professional managing could accomplish nearby!!! If the managers of Wildwings need a lesson in how to do there job, the the people working at Cracker Barrel just down the street could show you!!

Oh, this place has such potential. Great vibe, lots of TVs, great service. The food, unfortunately, is very hit-or-miss. Great "Boss" wings. Great beer. Fantastic server (Crystal). Cole slaw: fresh, but seasoned only with a tiny bit of vinegar. Dry, sharp, unseasoned and awful. Fries: great. Fried shrimp: shrimp are way too small and get very over-cooked in a fryer. Also, no seasoning whatsoever. Super disappointing, as no one except Bricktops (on Tuesday only, for crying out loud) has decent fried shrimp in this town. Ill go back and try again, but the chef/prep cooks need a lesson in seasoning, big-time.

Yesterday I placed a to go order which included coleslaw but sadly you all ran out of it, ok got the veggie skewers. You said 30 mins ok I showed up at that time and then processed to wait another 15 mins while the hostess danced around and sang songs instead of checking on my order. I then get home to only find the Little b sliders burnt to hell and now the kids wont eat them and I just wasted 9 bucks. No excess because there was no one in the darn restaurant!!! I mention something on twitter with no response. I am done with sub par food. Get the kitchen in order!!!

I used to love the place. Pi** poor management by the "manager". I by mistake ran into "manager" while he was taking the trash out and when I tried to help he got mad and kicked me out. Im a sales manager at a dealership and would NEVER treat my customers that way. I know the value of my customers... I feel bad for the lady taking care of me that didnt get to tip... At least I got all my drinks and food free after he kicked me out and said he would call the cops..... I will be in to complain in person as well.... Pi** poor..... wow....

i wanted to like this place so much, but it was not good at all. very over priced, which if the food was good would be worth it. we ordered the 25 wing sampler to go, they offer this so you can try different flavors, they mixed all 25 wings(5 flavors) in one container. i had no idea what wing i was eating hen i ate it. the appetizers were ok, we had chili con queso which was about what you would expect, it was mediocre, and loaded potatoe skins, which were also mediocre. i wanted to really like this place, but im afraid i wont go back

I keep wanting to give this place the benefit of the doubt and the poor service never fails. Its not just the waitstaff but also the kitchen. For example, appetizers take forever and consistently come out with the meal. Its called an appetizer because you are hungry and want something quickly before the main entree. That is a foreign concept here. The fact that it is never busy on a Sunday afternoon during football season should tell you something. Two stars for TVs and game selection.
