Finally a Tropical Smoothie in Middle TN! Thank you! A vegetarian from the east coast, Ive missed eating at Tropical Smoothie! For meat eaters and vegetarians, this is the place to go. Youll get addicted! There are many wraps and sandwiches to choose from, and many can be meat-free with their beyond meat alternative for vegetarians. The food is amazing and the smoothies are awesome. Its clean and fresh, and the staff is super nice! I wish you were in MBoro, but Ill make the short 30 min ride to eat here often! Love it!

So glad theres a Tropical Smoothie in the area....Wish there were more of them around, cause I have to drive over 20 miles for a smoothie. I simply refuse to have a smoothie from any place but Tropical Smoothie. I was so used to having so many of them close by when I lived in Florida....By far, the best smoothies...Ever!

Our go-to for smoothies and sandwiches. My favorites are the beach bum and bahama mama smoothies and my wife always gets the peaches n silk with extra peach! For food we love the chipotle chicken flatbread and the Thai chicken wrap.

Everything I have had has been wonderful. I really enjoy their chicken caesar salad. The chicken was so fresh and tender. It was steaming when they brought me my food. I will be going back soon! The staff is so kind and welcoming!

The grilled chicken in the salad was not that good. I dont think they cook it fresh - it was very chewy. Probably should not have ordered a salad at a Smoothie place. I will go back and try a smoothie though.

Excellent quality smoothies. Ive had lunch there 3-4 times and have loved their food. If youre in Brentwood or Franklin and looking for a smoothie, salad, sandwiches give them a try. Friendly staff too.

They have great smoothies and a healthy reasonably priced lunch/dinner menu. Love the Chia Banana smoothie as a breakfast substitute. For a limited time half price smoothies 7 - 9 AM and 3 - 5 PM.

The smoothies here are amazing, the avocolada smoothie is amazing. The chicken wraps were very good. Great meal before my softball games. Does not leave you feeling bloated. Light but satisfying

Island Green is amazing! Absolutely love the smoked jalapeño tacos! ! ! Smoothies are all inexpensive and large in size. I hope they come down town. Smoothie King doesnt even come close.
