1st time ordered S&S Chicken, Moo Shu Pork, & Orange Beef & Egg Rolls & Very Impressed, thinking "this is our New & Much Favored Chinese food Rest.! However, ate at restaurant @ a month later & food was not Nearly as good & Service was HORRIBLE! When my husband was brought a completely Wrong dinner from what he ordered the waitress got Very Nasty saying that she KNEW what my husband said, & "Thats what he ordered!"! My husband hadnt even taken a bite & it was something hes Never ordered in his LIFE! NO apology was offered & the waitress walked away Quickly in a Huff, as if WED done something wrong! We normally would have fought this but neither of us was feeling well & my husband insisted hed give the new dish "a try". I wish I could remember what it was, but my husband said it wasnt very good & in fact, he left half the dinner, something we Never do with Chinese (left overs are the best part!)! There were only 3 other people in the place, with 2 servers, & Service was Slow. Prices are also High for what you get (esp. when its something you Dont Order!)LOL!

We are saying good-bye to Dynasty! The owner retired and the man who took it over is not running it at all like the previous owner. We ate there a few times a week. Since the new owner took it over, the service is terrible. The atmosphere is totally different. The servers are unfriendly and act like they hate their job. We always order the same thing and noticed the portions were getting smaller. Tonight we ordered our usual and couldnt believe how little we got. I decided to call and spoke to the new owner; I told him that we ate there quite a bit and always order the same thing and told him about the very small portions. He spoke with the cooks and said that the portions we got were what they always serve. What happen to the customer is always right? It would have been nice if he acted remotely appreciative of our business and wanted to compensate us with even a free dessert on our next visit. The sad part is he was unwilling to do something that would cost him a few bucks to save a very good customer. What a bummer!

Service was bad. We went there based on reviews but were very disappointed. The food was decent and had good flavor, however, the mongolian beef was mostly onion with very little beef. The wait staff were very uninterested in serving, and have no manners. Server kept reaching across the table in front of us, took our soy sauce to refill it without replacing it, was flipping her menu pad in a way that conveyed we were interrupting her, was so bored that she yawned while answering our questions and let us know that everything we asked for was an inconvenience. I would not go back again.

This is an excellent restaurant. I eat here frequently. Food is fresh and delicious. my only complaint I order a dish that the menu states had snow peas. There were none in the dish when I was served. One response to that is there too expensive so we didnt buy any. Another response, there out of season. Whatever the reason if their printed on the menu as part of the dish they should be served. If an item is unavailable customer should be told before ordering. I just felt like customer concern was no big deal. But I will be back.

The sushi was ok. Other than that the food was so not worth the price. $17 Hibachi wasnt any better than Chinese take out. It was just not a place that I would ever come back too. The service service was ok up until the waitress was pissed about getting anything. Then after eating I turned around and all the waitresses including mine was all siting down eating not paying attention to anything around them. We had to wait for our checks. Like I said in the beginning its not horrible but not great either.

Dynasty is by far the best Asian you will have in the states. All of their food is fresh. It is a very clean establishment. They now serve sushi and it is by far the best sushi you can get in TN. My husband and I drive an hour just to eat here. If we are ever passing by Crossville we will stop in and eat in our car just to get our Dynasty fix. This is hands down my favorite restaurant.

Went tonight under the impression that they cooked the food in front of you as per the website. The web site even says "Cooked in front of you". They dont. The food was overpriced but tasty. Not much variety in the individual dishes. They give you plenty of food but its too the point that you get tired of the overpowered flavor in the dishes. Needless to say we wont be going back.

Had better Chinese food. Ordered almond chicken, Chinese classic. Rice perhaps undercooked . Chicken a lil tough, sauce unusual flavor as if chef isnt familiar with recipe. Excessive menu making it hard to choose from. Have ate other menu items. Do not recommend almond chicken if you like original flavor this however is not your original almond chicken.

As a resident of Cumberland County of 21 years, and once-a-week customer, this is by far the best Asian restaurant in the area. The staff is great and the wait time is usually about a 10-15 minute wait from the time you order.
