When your customers go to the restroom and your waitress tells the table next to you my customer just skipped out and didnt pay and their personal items are still at table.... And the customers at the table next to you tell you what your server said.... And when you ask your server why she thought you left without paying... CAT GOT HER TOUNGE !!!! YOU SHOULD HAVE SAID I AM SORRY. But you didnt........that was wrong...was it because I was not a regular? I was told go eat there its a great place with great good and service........ Well you need to work on your manners.

Real nice people good food for a good price bathrooms was clean my first time visiting I was on the highway 70 yard sale I would go back I got two eggs 3 slices of bacon two biscuits and gravy on a breakfast plate $4.05 a lot of food for the price lunch pork chop 3 vegetables $5 and some change cant remember exactly it was good I really love the old pictures on the wall its a busy restaurant a lot of people visited I got my food very quickly I was surprised hope to go back Im from Huntsville Alabama about A3 hour ride

When we are in Camden, Downhome is the place we want to eat. Great coffee, great service. My husband and I always choose the plate lunch and it is consistently delicious. Always very reasonably priced, and we leave with a full belly every time. We heart Downhome!

We visited while in town from Sarasota, Florida. Definitely the BEST place in town for a catfish dinner! Joyce and the crew serve up great food at great prices with warm hospitality! If you find yourself hungry while out and about, stop on by and sit a spell.

Only place in town to have a great breakfast . All of Joyces staff is friendly and courteous... they are like family to us. Lunches are delicious. My only complaint is that she closes to early not giving us a good place for dinner.

As a regular, we go here every Sunday for breakfast, and on my off day Im there too. They have good catfish too, and the BLT with Cajun fires! The staff are so polite, I feel at home with family every visit!
