Ive been a repeat customer for a few months now and their pizza was great, but the owner Costa (However spelled) has a serious lack of customer service. I ordered a small 10 inch 5 Burroughs pizza, which is what I order every time I come. Normally, the pizza is covered with toppings and is completely worth the 11.99 price, (12 DOLLARS FOR A SMALL) but on this day it only had half the pizza with a sprinkle of toppings and the other half having basically 2 pepperoni and a piece of bacon. So I went back in, spoke with the owner, requesting for my moneys worth. He argued with me for 5 minutes about it being enough toppings and how it normally comes like that. It was completely unprofessional, especially as an owner to make a customer feel as if they were idiotic and customer satisfaction wasnt important and irrelevant. I had a strong love for this place but after being treated so poorly it doesnt make me want to come back!!!

DONT GO OFF THE "COUPON" LEFT IN YOUR HOTEL DOOR! First off, theyre not coupons. Check the actual prices. Second, the pizza and breadsticks were DISGUSTING! I travel for a living and this was by far the WORST pizza Ive ever eaten. I literally only ate a half a slice, took one bite from a breadstick to give the look and smell the benefit of the doubt. Burnt, made with cheap tomato sauce, the sausage looked like it was out of an old meat drawer, greasy and had a rubber feel to it. Also, I ordered over the phone and the man who took my order was short and rude. $22 wasted. If it would have been anymore, I would have taken it back. I feed my children from the vending machine tonight. Which was more sufficient.

I live in union, SC. My kids in and I stopped by this place Riverchase location. The hostess took us to a dirty table that she placed our menus and rolled silverware on the table before cleaning it. We didnt sit down until she cleaned it(I did take our menus off the table with a frown). My kids and I decided to go use the restroom after putting in our drink orders to only come out to our seats being taken by other people. So we had to wait until they clean a table.(At least the table will be clean). One server knew I was disappointed and she was polite but I will not be going back to this location. Just nasty and disappointing. I think I am sick from eating here

Called and the woman taking orders couldnt speak English and was rude. We had to repeat our order including our address about 4 times and they still came to the wrong address. We called them and they asked if we want our pizza because theyve been trying to get us to answer the door at the wrong place!!! Once the delivery guy got here he didnt say hi or sorry about it taking almost 2 hours he looked at me took my money and left without saying a word. Pizza was cold and really gross!!!! If youre staying at a hotel and get a flier under the door like us I would throw it in the trash and order from dominos before eating from this rude and disgusting place!!!!

The food was delicious, but the service was seriously lacking. Apparently you have to be a regular to get a beer and checked up on. The office gossip with customers is more important than the customers not sitting at the bar. The food runner was awesome and when she took the food to the table next to us they asked her for another round and she notified the bartender. Had she not, we all four might have had to eat our meals with nothing to drink. I am in the industry and probably pay way too much attention to how others do their job; however, when new people come into your establishment you should probably do your best to ensure that they come back.

First of all the said they were New York style which was a lie. They did deliver within 45 min as promised but I can tell why......the pizza tasted horrible; tasted like it was cardboard with sauce. The cheese was rubbery. The wings were horrible. It was over priced 43.00 for some crap. Let me top it off they didnt accept debit card in which was not stated and nor did they ask. We only had debit and the driver told us we needed to hurry up and figure it out because he was parked at a meter I guess. So my husband had to go to the atm to get cash to pay. NEVER WASTE YOUR MONEY......YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU READ THIS MESSAGE AND DIDNT PLACE A ORDER

Pizza is good, authentic NY style. However, the woman answering the phone makes your entire delivery experience miserable. The experience was so terrible for months that we completely stopped eating there. If the woman answering the phone was a bit nicer, we may consider eating there again. Seriously, it was that bad. Everytime she took our order it felt like it was the LAST thing she wanted to do in the WORLD. Made it absolutely miserable. Sad, because their pizza is good. Not good enough to deal with her though. Sorry guys.

Dont fall for the add in your door at your hotel. The pizza looks like it was cooked hours ago and sat under a heat light, hardly any cheese on the pizza and the thinnest pizza you could imagine. We also ordered chicken wings to which they were not done and I posted a picture on there Web site. Who in the hell doesnt have blue cheese for wings. Unreal, never again. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

As a native New Yorker, I do have to say that this place is the BEST in Rock Hill hands down. We frequent Empire pizza on a weekly basis. We have been here in South Carolina since May 09 and had been actively looking for a New York Style Pie since we got here and had someone mention Empire Pizza. I watched several employees, including what looked to be a manager handle making salads, handling breads, and pizzas without gloves. They were using their bare hands as I watched for 10 mins waiting to place my order, so I left. I just feel like gloves of some sort should be worn at all times when handling customers food, not just sparingly.

I ordered delivery and didnt get my food till 2hours later my honey hot strips werent fried they were grilled.& dry my marneira sauce was salsa smh and my fries were dry and hard. I will never get food from here again i like fortmill location better. And the guy was like do you need change like i was just gonna tip him... He had bad attiude.

I had the Baked Ziti and while the pasta were good the was 2 to 3 times the cheese needed on top. My fiances food was very good though. Bigger "problem" was that our server was not as attentive as she could be. She was very friendly just not very attentive. Makes me wonder if they arent staffed well enough.

margharita pizza is PHENOMENAL !! Im from NY, so good pizza is well-appreciated. Another rare southern adaptation is CANNOLIS. Empire has some pretty good ones !! havent tried the sandwiches yet but I heard they are great. Cool place to meet some friends, have some drinks, and stuff yourself with pizza.
