I went to tropical smoothie earlier today and went through the drive-thru I ordered 3 smoothies and a cha cha sriracha flat bread without cheese and with beyond meat chicken because Im vegan. Me being a regular at tropical smoothie and ordering the same thing several times at this location I didnt think to check my order. I sat down at my work to have my lunch with my coworkers and took a bite of the sandwich, after 1 year of being vegan I ate chicken for the first time. I was devastated after finding that there was both chicken and cheese in the sandwich. When I called to speak to the manager, she apologized and said she was going to speak to her employees. She also offered me a free smoothie or sandwich the next time I came in, if I chose to come back in. I was disappointed, but I understand that its hard for people to understand how messed up it is for someone who has been vegan for ethical and dietary reasons to eat chicken. Wish they wouldve offered to put the money back on my card at least for the sandwich but needless to say I wont be back, and everyone else please check your food before biting down

I had to write a review because I was so impressed with the service I received at Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Murrells Inlet. It was 10 mins to 9 on a Monday night, and I saw the open sign on. I was so hungry, but I dont want these people to hate me for coming so close to closing time (9pm). I went for it and as I pulled up to the drive through I was greeted with a very pleasant voice and I ask for a minute to pick my smoothie, she was like oh, take your time. When I got up to the window another young lady took my money and she was nice also. I was handed my smoothie with a smile with a thank you and it was delicious. The young ladies working were super kind and Ill be back for sure.

I was visiting MB for a week and made three trips into the two stores located nearby, I liked it that much! Acai Berry Blast with the chipotle chicken flatbread was my last meal and needless to say Ive been dreaming of it since Ive left! The staff was friendly, store was clean, well decorated and inviting and I love the fact the owners are veterans. Couldnt ask to support more friendly, hardworking and genuine individuals who provide healthy and quick food and beverage options to Myrtle Beach and the surrounding areas. Hoping to visit again soon! :)
