Amore Pizza is BY FAR the best pizza shop in downtown West Chester. Amore offers incredible food at affordable rates. They have an exceptional staff and deliver on their promises. The delivery team is ALWAYS on time. Most of their food is homemade, which is great, and the owners are exceptional people. They are active members involved in the community who truly care about their business. To the drunk students who go in there and then write a comment slamming this pizza place, YOU should be ashamed of yourselves. I have been in Amore late at night on multiple occasions and have witnessed obnoxious rude behaviors time and time again. If anything, Amore handles these clowns with respect, as the business appreciates all of their customers, even the ones that come in only to go puke in their bathroom and leave. Overall, I strongly recommend that everyone order their pizza from this shop and never go anywhere else. Trust me, youll be thankful that you took my advice. I order Amore on a weekly basis and I have never been disappointed. Amore is 5 star business and is owned by 5 star people. Amore Pizza until I die!

Nonprofessional! I placed an order over the phone for pick up (an omelette and egg sandwich) and was told it will be ready in 20 min. I took off work and was there 30 min after i placed an order hoping it would be ready and I will be able to run right back to work to eat my breakfast . I paid and was told my food will be ready in a min, so I waited another 10 min, nothing... No food,, no update and at that point I was already pretty upset.. I went back to cashier and said how at this point it has been 40 min since I ordered my breakfast and at that point I was told "Of, I didnt check to see if we have sausage when you placed your order so thats why its taking so long".. How about telling customer right away or asking if maybe I was ok with a different protein? She could see I was antsy and annoyed, a simple question or curtsy would have changed my experience . Unprofessional service and I have been a customer of Amore for a while, and they just lost me as a customer. In case anyone from Amore is reading this, the name if person who I dealt with is Kristen.

Last night I was walking home from the bars and stopped in Amores on the way. I counted how much money I had before I went out and didnt buy any drinks. My bill was $7 and some odd cents. I gave the cashier all my money because I didnt feel like counting it thinking I will just get the change back. I only got a few cents and asked for the rest of my change and the cashier had already put my money in the cash register. They said they counted my money right in front of me, but I wasnt looking and counting each dollar bill in their hand. They stole my money, even though it was a few dollars, but still. They take advantage of drunk college students all the time and that is not how a college-town pizzeria should operate. They should be ashamed of themselves.

This was the worst service I ever received. I ordered 3 items and they didnt show up until 40 min later... Then to open it up and realize it is completely different from what I ordered. I called back to get my correct order and they said they wouldnt refund me at all for completely screwing up my food and if the milk shake was melted completely they would make a new one.. an hour passed and I had to call back again because I still didnt get my food. The manager said "sorry were backed up." I am extremely dissatisfied. I finally got the correct order, 1 hour and 45 min later and it was all ice cold. At this point i settled for the ice cold food so i didnt have to wait ANOTHER hour for my dinner. Poor customer service, NEVER ordering again.

I ordered from Amore for my lunch to be delivered at West Chester University, in between my classes. I ordered 15 min in advance to allow time for it to be made, delivered and eaten on my break. I took them a full hour to get to me. Not only that, but the delivery man WALKED to deliver it. I understand Amore is not far from the campus, however if someone is waiting on you with their food it should be delivered in the quickest way possible. The fries were cold. My wrap had bad lettuce. AND they forgot my drink. This was an extremely disappointing and not worth the $20 i ended up paying. (due to the $15 minimum for delivery.) I took a few bites and threw it out. It was THAT bad.

Great food, bad customer service. I ordered through GrubHub last night, and when the ordered was 10 minutes late I called to check on it. I received attitude from the girl who answered the phone as if I did something wrong by using GrubHub. The manager also had an attitude had no sympathy for the fact that I had company over and had been waiting over an hour for my order. There are too many pizza shops in this town to deal with customer service like this. So much for valuing your loyal customers. Ill be going elsewhere in the future.

I called today with a special request . The pleasant voice on the other end of the phone was a young lady named Georgia.I asked her to help me with a special delivery of lunch, to my Son ,I told her he works at Stillman Volvo there in West Chester.She was so helpful and kind.She helped me select a perfect lunch for him, filled out a card for him, and assured me that it would be delivered within an hour! Amazing customer service!!!!!! I called to make my Son smile today and she made me smile as well!!! Anita Yearick, State College Pa.

Ordered food on a Saturday night, order was wrong, delivered 10 minutes late and was freezing cold. Called back and was told I had a credit for the amount of the bill with the restaurant. Called at a later date to order same thing. There was no credit on my account and was called a liar when told I did. Was treated badly with the excuse being they were "busy". Food is good but better hope they are not busy or be ready to be treated as a chore rather than a customer.

This place is awful! The worst experience I have ever had. I tried to order food and the HORRIBLE woman tonight had me repeat me address 6 times and screamed I cant understand her and hung up on me. I am terribly insulted. The WORST place I have EVER tried to ever tried to order from. I suggest NOT to order from here ever! Im a friendly person and to make me react this way, is not right. Fantastic lunch salads - comes with fountain drink. Portion size is generous. Vegetables are fresh. Great option for an office where everyone wants something different. We order here regularly and everyone looks forward to those days. The pizza is also great, lots of choices, chicken quesadilla are a hit, Cheesesteak are ok but not our favorite item.

This is my go - to spot online. No matter what you order, the food is delicious, and consistently well done. You cant say that for most restaurants that handle take out or delivery, something is always wrong or made different from the past order. Amore nails it, and I think this place deserves more recognition.
