I called and ordered a pizza and the girl taking my order quoted me 40 minutes. After 50 minutes went by I called to see where the driver is, especially since its later in the evening, and she said the driver left 15 minutes prior to me calling, meanwhile I live a mile away from the establishment. So with that being said I asked for a refund, its getting late & at this point theres no point of waiting just about an hr for a pizza. I speak to the manager very politely and after I ask him for a refund he says "ok" and hangs up. Im confused, why did he hang up on me? So I check my bank account and the transaction has still gone through! I call back and ask why he hung up on me and why the transaction went thru? He acted so dumb, it was honestly the most ridiculous conversation with a manager. Ive worked in the food industry for years and Ive never seen a manager handle a situation so poorly.

My go-to takeout for personal sized pizzas. Something about the flavor of their crust and sauce is just perfect to me, and theyre also one of the most affordable in the area for takeout. Where they shine, however, is their expanded menu. Ive had killer cheesesteaks, burgers, wraps, hoagies and wings. The only thing they falter at is healthy options and boring, small salads.

So we order to Cheesesteaks they came so soggy and wet and we ordered them with cheese whiz they did not come with cheese whiz so we we ordered them again and they told us its supposed to be soggy wow i didnt no that the delivery driver walked away like that was the normal dont I feel stupid for not knowing cheesesteaks were supposed to be soggy

Im from Ohio and thus place was recommended by locals as the place to go to experience the true taste of Philly. An extremely wide variety of food, from Italian style seafood to the classic Philly cheesesteak. Would recommend for locals as well as anyone out of the area.

Really disappointed with my order. I got a salad with grilled chicken today and chicken was dry and didnt look fresh.I used to love getting salads from this place but last 3 times my salads didnt taste or looked as it used to be. Wouldnt order here again.

The past few months have really picked it up. The food is awesome, I recommend the Stromboli or pasta dishes. Pasta dishes are huge - enough left over for lunch the following day, comes with side salad. Great food and friendly/fast delivery!!

Stopped by to try something other the the typical Cheese Steak Places. Pizza was Great, Very Fresh. Service was very friendly & with a Smile. Hard to find people who love their jobs in this type of business. Will be back most defiantly.

I love Fiesta! Their Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo is amazing but everything is really really good!! Love their cheese fries and burgers and my daughter is a huge fan of the chicken ceasar salad!

Twice. Back to back. The pizza has been overcooked with tough crust and burnt cheese. A frozen pizza from acme is better and cheaper. The offered me a free replacement to fix it. Lets hope...

Strangely hit or miss. Have had great cheesesteaks and decent pizza in the past. Last time I ordered though, the pizza was just bad. Crust was terrible- cheap tasting, flavorless, chewy.
