Tonight my family decided to order take out. Upon arriving home from picking up our order, we noticed multiple items on the list wrong. My father called the restaurant to ask for a new order to be placed, the gentleman on the other side of the phone was rude but agreed to my fathers request. When my mother and myself went back into the restaurant we were faced with multiple rude individuals. For one, the owners sat back and did not pay attention to our request at all (instead they had some young inexperienced staff interact with the public). The young gentleman behind the desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. The best part is, they made us PAY for the extra orders THEY failed to place! When we got our second order, they failed to get it correct the second time and then had the nerve to tell us WE ordered wrong! I feel bad for anyone who has to deal with a negative, stubborn, mouthy, and unprofessional staff. I highly recommend not taking any professionals to this environment. The food may be good but the staff is absolutely terrible and cheap.

Update: Went in, good seated, didnt get waited on. Walked out after 10 minutes. Wasnt even busy. Never again. Not as good as it used to be. Nowhere near in fact. The last couple times we ate there the food was floating around in sauce and wasnt very hot. Did management change? New cooks? What happened to this place? It was excellent for what ... 20+ years and now this? Blah. This place which was once the pinacle of good Chinese food has gone down a steep hill. Most unfortunate because there werent a lot of good Chinese restuarants around this area. Now that Sesamee Inn has joined the ranks of the poor, where can I go?

Best Chinese food around. My family orders delivery from here all the time. They always tell us 45min, but they never take more than 20-5min. -faster then the pizza place three blocks away. General Tsus chicken is great if you want a little spicy (not very spicy but just a little flavor). Triple Delight is perfect. And the Cashew Chicken is good, but we always ask to hold the peppers and mushroom- and they do! Even with our strange order, they almost never get it wrong. Weve have been ordering from Seaseme Inn for years and never have had any serious problems. Great service, great food! Now Im hungry...

Used to love this place. Picked up all white meat general tsos and a avocado salad. The salad was as expected but the general tsos was the worst Ive ever had. I opened the container and was surprised how over cooked it looked but still decided to give it a try. It was SO over fried that I couldnt even chew the pieces of meat. I tried to cut them up and couldnt get through the chicken. I called to complain and they told me that since I left the store there was nothing they could do. I wish I could give less than one star.

Out of all the Chinese restaurants that I have eaten at, this one is undoubtedly the best. All of the dishes are outstanding and none have yet to disappoint. The only mildly negative aspect of their food is that the same dish tastes slightly different from day to day (one day it may be sweeter and the next it may be spicier), but as I said before... I have yet to be disappointed.

I ordered the Amazing Chicken to pick up. First of all, it was listed as $13, but when we arrived, it cost $14. The chicken was very dry, and the sauce wasnt nearly what I expected. This was very disappointing... They also combined my rice with my friends in the same container, which was inconvenient. It wasnt worth $14. They need a new cook...

Beef teriyaki was too acidic tasted like clorox. And i didnt eat it but was still charged and not asked why? Orange beef was pretty good....pupu platter didnt taste fresh....overall food was overpriced for how it tasted .....seriously underwhelmed...... dont know how they won best chinese restaurant of the year...thats a joke

The staff was great... Very friendly efficient and neat. But the food was very boring. Sushi is supposed to be special but this sushi was barely average. Maybe the rest of their menu is awesome but i was looking for sushi... If i go back it wont be for the sushi.....

Went there 3/5/2017 at noon and was TOTALLY disappointed!!! Rice was dry and like sand and the beef was so tuff I couldnt even eat it!!! Paid, left a 2 dollar tip and will never go back!!! Man at registered couldnt of cared less!

Best Chinese and Japanese food in the South Hills. Go for lunch as the prices tend to be more reasonable then the dinner prices. Pretty much everything on the menu is good.
