Ordered sushi and chinese takeout tonight & expected them to be busy as it was a Saturday...arrived & was told our order was still being made and we waited for our takeout 15 mins , no problem ... During that time A guy got handed the wrong order and came back in, no problem...Then another guy came in carrying takeout and sushi, wrong order...I had a feeling it was my order bc i saw our sushi rolls... He had left and gone home with our food apparently, realized he was given wrong order and came back... The employee looked in the bag, gave him his correct order and took the other bag of food (which was our food) to the back. They stapled the bag shut and brought it back to us. I wasnt super happy about that at all but just wanted to get home. Got home and the food was cold, crab Rangoon was soggy and so greasy we didnt eat it. The food we got even though it was cold was good. The sushi was good. The inside is nice but wasnt super busy.

I came here today, and ordered tofu with vegetables since I dont eat meat. There were barely any pieces of tofu and the whole entree was full with carrots and broccoli. When I told the person who took my order, he started yelling and said me "you have to pay extra for more tofu, and it is 3dollars extra if you want in curry sauce". The associate was so rude and disrespectful that I felt embarassing. I would never go again after this awful experience, and would highly recommend to not go to this place. Very rude people. I left the store with tears because of that guy awful behavior. I am a tutor, and I am not dumb to answer him back, but hope the owner let this guy go if they want to keep their business

Been here twice so far since this place has opened. First time I had sushi at the sushi bar and the second time I was a the table with a dragon and phoenix. Sushi was very good. The dragon and Phoenix was outstanding. Presentation blew me away! But the reason that I gave it 4 stars was because the manager is incredibly hands on. He means well, but he has a habit of adopting the job of hostess and waiter even when he has them around. It makes things a little confusing and awkward. The wait staff is great, very professional.

I work in the area and order often. The other places are exactly what you expect but not Jade Asian. Let me first tell you that I never do reviews but they deserve it. Food is amazing. 100x more fresh than others in the area and that is what i love about them, you really taste the difference. Phenomenal food, and friendly people. Highly recommended

The customer service is amazing and super friendly. Very warm and welcoming. The food was great. Higher quality than your typical carry out. The specialty rolls were very good. I recommend the pink lady. It wasnt very crowded, but they were very busy with take outs and deliveries so the food was constantly being made.

It was an good experience..... Actually I ordered chicken dumplings, it was half cooked and then when I told him ,he replaced with another plate of dumpling and gave 10% discount.... Its not I got discount but they were genuine to rectify mistake and ambiance and food was great

Awesome little Asian restaurant. We were visiting from out of town, and we were happy to find this place away from all of the touristy chains. Best Asian food weve had and very friendly staff. Very family friendly as well. Next time were in the area, well be back.

Best asian food for the price. We used to eat here at least once a month. We just moved 2 months ago and cant find another place with food as good even though we moved closer to philly. Really miss the great, cheap food and the super friendly staff!

The guys who work here are so sweet and always greet you with warm smiles. The food is the freshest Ive ever had. I highly recommend the sesame chicken and the shrimp tempura roll. Ive heard really good things about the general tso chicken as well.
