Perhaps the best cheesesteak in Lancaster. This little deli is a hidden gem to anyone outside of Lancaster. I have enjoyed steaks through-out the mid-atlantic region and Cravings continues to hold a place in my top 5 favorite steaks. The crust on the bread is perfect, light and crispy, not crunchy and sharp. The crust compliments the fluffy, almost pastry-like body of the roll. The steak is grilled so the chips of beef are lightly seared but juicy. Melted American cheese pulls all the flavors together in a rich and savory steak. When finished, there is no desire for more, the portions are substantial. Hats off Cravings, keep doing your thing.

I have worked across the street from Cravings now for over 3 years and the food has always been amazing. The Bacon and Blue Burger has to be one of the best burgers Ive ever had in my life. No frills, no condiments just burger, bacon and gorgonzola cheese, I added lettuce and tomato for the veggies :)...but everyone should definitely try it!! Excellent flavor!!

Much more than a deli! Food is wonderful and Amoroso rolls are the standard here. Consistent and friendly service. The restaurant has been remodeled in 2012 and looks great. Often busy during during the M-F lunch hour so consider calling your order in ahead. Seating is available with counter ordering food brought to your table. Recommended Item: Cheesesteak

Cravings is the perfect lunch break joint. Always an open table, but always packed. Love to come for thirty minutes or an hour and a half. Glad to have good, deli style meals available just around the corner.
