Have been going to this place for years and always liked it, but my visit the other day will be my last. As we walked in the door, a man behind the counter walked past us with a fly swatter and smashed a fly on a table nearby- after which, he scraped it onto the floor, handed us menus, and pointed to our table. Unfortunately, he seated us near the kitchen through which an open door allowed us a view into the kitchen. After waiting 25 minutes for 2 burgers (they werent busy), I saw a guy with my plate on the counter, scooping potato salad onto it. He then closely examined it, poked around it with a spoon, and then scraped it off my plate. He then replaced it with some from another container from the fridge. My tomato was a pathetic specimen (at best) and my lettuce was soaking wet. The waitresses were in the kitchen, all chomping on food.. The entire experience skeeved me out. I say a sad goodbye to a once-good place to eat.

My friends and I went here for the Wednesday night dinner and had the pasta special. It was SO GOOD! You can tell the food here is home made and we loved the fact that it was byob. They have a little store in the front and I am still kicking myself for not picking up the peach preserves when I was there...but I was so full from eating every delicious bite that I couldnt look at more food-lol! I will definitely be back. I also want to see the tarot card reader, Jean Ann, I hear she is fantastic. :)

One can choose to sit outside (except certain times) or inside. The sandwiches are unique and delicious. One can choose a sandwich with a "black bread" that has raisins and nuts in it, for an extra dollar but its worth it. Other choices of breads too. The prices are reasonable and they are friendly and helpful. It is a cute little deli out in the countryside. We live to go there after walking in Tyler Arboretum or in Ridley Creek State Park.

We love this place. We go here almost every Sunday for breakfast. Weve tried other breakfast places, but we always find ourselves saying...its not as good as the Country Deli. The staff is great. They are very friendly. I could sing more praises, but the bottom line is that this place simply serves the best breakfast in the area!

This is a great little hidden restaurant. Dinner is served only on Wednesday and Friday evenings. BYOB. Breakfast and Lunch are served daily. Locals think this is the best breakfast place in the area but dont like to share the info as they always have a large crowd. Nice porch for outdoor dining in season.

My Little boy visiting me wanted pancakes. We sat down at 10:47 and handed a lunch menu. Asked about pancakes and was told grill is already set for lunch. Asked when they stop serving breakfast when leaving and was told 11:00 but usually by 10:45. Thanks for Nothing! Wont go back!

Foods good. Service is horrible. Waited ten minutes before someone asked if Id ordered. The check came mid-meal while I was contemplating dessert. When I mentioned I wanted dessert, the waitress literally threw a menu.....on top of my sandwich. But it was a good sandwich.

Very very small but it adds to it charm. Had the daily special it was superb. Nothing on the menu was over 10 dollars. You can tell the meal was cooked home style and with as much love as grandma would use. Will be back when ever i am in the area!

Food is the best, all the staff are so nice, and I like that it is "country". Also my bird feed store is right there, as well as the antique shop. We go for breakfast and dinner on Wednesday night. Best kept secret.
