Jacks is the most welcoming pizza shop in our area. Milton (the owner) is friendly as hell. I was going there probably 5 days a week and every time Id get something different. All salads are made fresh, they have tons of specialty pizza, and their cheese steaks rival some of the best in the area. Milton employs a sizable staff with everyone working at their designated stations. Thats why every time you go back and order something the same as you ordered before it tastes just as good as the last time. Definitely check them out. Best buffalo chicken in the area. My one and only complaint Im not a huge fan of their Stromboli. Pasta dishes are like getting pasta at a sit down and eat restaurant. Ive told Milton a number of times he needs to open one up. Decor looks good, and the service is nothing to be complained about.

I mistakenly ordered the fish filet sandwich with fries and coleslaw in this mostly Italian food establishment. I should have known better when it took three employees to find it on the computer order screen. The sandwich was comprised of a thin, oily and dry at the same time flounder filet with an off smell. It was served on a dry roll. I requested tartar sauce which did not improve it. After a couple bites, I gave up on the fish and resigned myself to making the fries my meal. An adequate portion, but nothing spectacular about the taste. I cant comment on the coleslaw because it was never served with my meal even though it was listed as included.

I have visited a few times and overall the food is good but not great for the price. My last visit I ordered a Chicken Caesar Salad and a beverage, I couldnt believe the price when I had to pay. My order was $11.40 for lunch. The salad was definitely not worth $9.00, yes it is a large size but not worth that much when it only costs a few dollars out of their spending. The chicken was shredded dark meat and fatty, the dressing was too vinegary, not creamy at all. On a positive note the service is fast & friendly and the establishment is very clean. My friends go there for lunch frequently but unfortunately I will not be joining them too often.

Just tried Jacks pizza for the first time (to go). Ive never taken this place seriously because of its location and the fact that the exterior looks like a Jack in the Box fast food chain. But, after living in this area for a few years and trying (1) Coppa 82, (2) Pizza Box, (3) Caln Pizza and Pasta, and (4) Joeys Pizza... I have to say that Jacks is the best. This will be our new go-to pizza take-out pizza place going forward. (I havent tried any of their other entrees, or eaten inside the restaurant.)

I got hoagies at Jacks twice. The first time the sandwich was really good. The second time the sandwich looked like a little kid threw it together. I actually got angry looking at it. I e-mailed a complaint to Jacks via their web sight and never received a reply. Not even a "tough luck". It spoke poorly of how they view customer satisfaction. I refuse to patronize an establishment that doesnt value my business!

Absolutely incredible pizza. I commute to Coatesville from Central NJ almost 100 miles away and have eaten a lot of pizza in NYC and Central NJ. Jacks Pizza is the Major League of pizza. Their crust and toppings are absolutely phenomenal. Ive had their stuffed buffalo chicken pizza, chicken bacon ranch, and their honey mustard chicken pizza and have never been disappointed.

Consistency is key, and thats what Jacks provides. Ive never had a bad pizza from Jacks over the years. The sauce is robust but not overpowering, the cheese is flavorful, and the crust is not too dense. I like their coupon program where you get 1 free pizza after you buy 10. Worth a try!

We just moved here and were ready to miss the fantastic wings we always enjoyed by our old home. Until we tried Jacks. Delicious honey hot wings, very good pizza, and I love their honey mustard. Service is always great. Fast & friendly. Cant wait to try more of their offerings.

Great place for pizza by the slice. Everything you see behind the counter looks yummy, so its hard to choose. I had the chicken with lettuce and tomato today and it was super. Large slices, too. Also good to sit outside in beautiful weather.

Just dropped by for two slices. Tried a slice of Hawaiian and a slice of sausage. The crust was nicely done. Sausage was a little peppery but not too shabby. Cant wait to try a lasagna dinner. Next time maybe...

This is my favorite pizza in the area. The cheese is better than anywhere else around. The crust is baked just enough to be golden brown. The sauce is thin and light. I prefer the extra cheese pizza myself.

The only place I will eat at in Coatesville. The only problem is that the prices are always changing and they will not give you a receipt. This limits my visits but the food is very good.

Ive tried just about every food group here and its great every time. I highly recommend trying their stromboli and buffalo chicken pizza even though the specialty pizza is a little pricey.
