Horrible Service.....just left here with my family, ordered pizza with pepperoni & spinach & boneless wings & specified sauce on the side (incase it was too hot for my son)..chicken came out with sauce drenched on it, the manager/waiter did apologize and said he would take off bill...pizza came out & couldnt believe spinach not cooked in pizza was thrown on top .... Pizza was DRY DRY....saving the best for last, went to pay and manager tells me they dont accept $100 bills!!??they had a fake bill given to them and they dont accept them anymore....then I ask ok where is Atm?? They dont have one...Where is sign stating you dont take $100 bills....there is none..... My husband was nice enough to go next door to a restaurant where his buddy works & got change....UNBELIEVABLE!!#! They should invest in a bill scanner to check if they are not certain of if its fraudulent or not.....NEVER Again#!!!

Unfortunately the rating system insists on at least providing (1) star. I understand this is a chain restaurant but I had my sons 4th birthday party (approx.12 people) at this location and the service was non-existent! The establishment was clearly not busy (in good reason) with only 2 other tables seated. The pizza was under cooked and we received (3) incorrect orders. After explaining to them to please not make (3) new pizzas that we would be leaving shortly and to just please remove from the bill they did not adhere to our request. Several times I found myself clearing off our table/going to the front counter to request napkins/drink refills and the list goes on.......I understand that at a chain establishment it is for most a first job but management needs to either provide better training, be more disciplined and most importantly be present!

The food took soooo long to get to our table. there were only a few people in the store too. When we got it the pizza was pretty dry and thin, didnt seem like Pizza Hut from where I live. The service is meh, a bunch of teens with normal jobs. But the manager( I think its the manager) was very kind. He apologized for the long wait and really made up for the ok service before

I brought a group of five people to their dinner buffet on Wednesday which was a mistake. Dried up pizza, small pies, and buffet was not getting restocked, no wings or choice of pasta, just Mac n cheese. And dont forget the limited salad bar. Very embarrassing for myself knowing I picked that place instead of going to desakis like everybody else wanted to do.

The people are extremely rude. My cousin and I went there and the lady was very matter a fact and had no respect and also I called to ask did they deliver and she said she needed my address and being that it was my friends address I said I would call back later and before she hung up she said "what a waste of my time" do not buy anything from this Pizza Hut

Management is a JOKE! 3rd time in a row screwing up order on delivery... They forget the sauces EVERY TIME! Majorly screwed up my order. Manager didnt even apologize! Was extremely rude, told me he was to busy and didnt know what he expected me to do about it. Stay away from this location, lack of training and customer service will lead it its demise!

Ive eaten here many times before. But when I tried calling in an order for pick up I was on hold for 10min! So I came down to place my order an noticed they arent even busy!!! So while Im standing here (for 5 min) trying to order take out I decided to call the number again, COME TO FIND OUT that they dont even have the ringer on for the damn phone!!!!!

Placed my order in advance online and it was ready when I arrived. The worker was very friendly and knew her job well. This location is a bit understaffed, ( I noticed that the girl was doing a lot of task simultaneously). The food was prepared properly and they honored my online coupon even though it didnt transmit during my order.

Kinda sad to see these bad reviews. I go there once a week and have NEVER had a problem. Staff is friendly and orders are always made correctly. The ONLY complaint I have ever had is that sometimes I order in advance and food is not ready when I arrive, but never had to wait more than maybe 10-15 minutes (for 3 pies)

The only thing good was the salad bar...everything was fresh. The pizza was tasteless, thin with all edges burnt. No pasta,instead a dessert pizza that was also too thin and burnt around the edges. The waitress was wonderful. Wont be back.

This place is run by kids. No manager to be found on site. The food sucked and I was praying to not get violently ill afterwards, which I did not. After a long trip with the kids we stopped in, when we should have just kept driving.

This place is absolutely amazing. The staff is very friendly and introduced us to new meals that they had. Pizza was fantastic and not burned. Overall, just a friendly clean environment. My experience there was superb.
