I just got off of work and wanted a little bite to eat . I decided that I would stop apt the Burger King on 715 before heading home around 10:45 pm .I sat in the brightly lit drive-through waiting for anyone to respond to me for about 10 minutes, before going into the store to place my order. There was a girl at the front counter and I asked her if theyre still open . She said not really we close in a few minutes. So I said to her ive been waiting in the drive-through for 10 minutes are you not going to serve me ? She said that they close the drive there 10 minutes early so they can clean up then said I mean I can but youre going to wait a while for your food. At this point it wasnt worth the frustration and I just walked out . What bothered me about the service at this location was the girl at the counters attitude. Look, I get it Ive worked in the food industry long enough to know that you want to get out at the end of the night . But you are in the customer service industry , and if you cant put a smile on your face and give the customer what they want it then maybe you shouldnt work at the BK lounge.

Not only did the employes lack the brain capacity to know the difference between a medium ring and a medium fry,they also confuse the A1 sauce and BBQ sauce for a BBQ BACON KING.I know its very hard to distinguish the two considering that the bottles have BBQ and A1 written on them.Thank god i didnt ask for anything extra,i dont wanna expand more on my disappointment.Even after all that you could have atleast made the Sandwich warm.The onion rings would have probably been warmer if the workers actually remembered them.Thanks again ill be sure to return if i ever need to be reminded of why you guys get paid the way you do.

Slow service. Went in with my sister one morning to pick up breakfast and theres five people back there only one guy is doing orders and the register, one lady is checking her cellphone WITH GLOVES ON and the rest are doing god knows what. One employee had time to make a coffee for himself but no one else. Theres lines of people waiting to order and waiting to be served. Will not be back.

While the opening hours are stated from 06:00 to 00:00, it was a useless drive there yesterday at 23:00. Sorry, we are closed. Please update your opening hours to what they should be? Again, another fail for a Burger King in the US. Luckely we do have better information regarding opening hours in Europe.....

This is a Burger King/gas station hybrid. About 1/4 the store is dedicated to a counter where you can order your food. Its very cramped and tight. Expect parking to be difficult because there is always a high volume of customers.

Service sucks here and dude looks like he dipped his hair in the fryer. Sadly I like burger King sometimes but this is the worst. Going to Wendys next time.
