Nice warm atmosphere but service sucks. Really sad because this is usually a place we frequent. When you ask for a drink and they give you this look like why are you asking me for this? I looked at my neice and asked her if that was weird as shes like .... that was crazy. I asked the gall to order something and she gives me another look and walks off. The guy shows up to take our order. If she is leaving or something maybe she could atleast SAY SOMETHING instead of being rude. The guy bartending was actually pretty great the chick was HORRIBLE!!! Monday night 6/19/17 while we watched the Beavers game.

I thoroughly enjoy alot of the friendly employees that work there and at blackjacks, the two bars I first came to when I moved here to salem, the only staff or employee who is utterly the the most rude and unprofessional is nikki, I can honestly say because she works there it ruined the experience I have going there, I would suggest that the owners of this establishment get rid of a individual such as this for it will deter people from returning, I have herd this statement from many patrons who have been there, and will not go back because of her attitude and behavior.

I met the most disrespectful bar tender ive ever met, Nicki. It was the first time i had ever been there and after 10 minutes of waiting i was told i "will not be served anytime soon." She was a complete brat to me and many other customers. You could tell she didnt want to be there and was genuinely disappointed with the business that was coming in. It would behoove management to seek new employment as i am sure her rude and unprofessional disposition will deter new and regular clients from patronage. It was my first and last visit.

Not even one star I show up bartender was saying guy at the end of the bar I was at a table she comes up ids me asks me where Ive been " witch was none of her concern" and calls me a liar and says shes not serving me cause Im have a dip in and am slering me words. Honestly never coming back here. Bartender was nice at first but turned into a real b****

Within 1 minute of my first visit here, Nikki the Bartender ruined my night. Im a career bartender and cant believe how awful this girl was. I left without getting anything. Cant imagine coming back as long as she is there. Love the wings at cheers so I went there. How does this girl still have a job? She should be pumping gas in Jersey.

Reading reviews. They are hilarious. Some must be from people who may or may not have had to much to drink. Looks like a celebrity bar tends there. I personally feel safe at a bar where the bartender can hold her own so much so she could pumph gas in Jersey. What a compliment!

horrible service, the bar tender Nicki was horrible and super rude, I do not understand why she works there. Normally you want someone who is super nice and smiles at you and makes you feel welcome; not this girl. I will not recommend my friends to come here.

The second we walked in the bartender nicki had a terrible attitude, cut everyone off before we could even order a drink. I dont understand how this person could work here and expect to get tips the way she acts. I will never go here again. Very disappointed
