This place was a disaster! Where to start? I was so excited about this place. After being on the road with group of 5 adults and 2 kids, I thought it would be fun to go out for Korean food. I absolutely LOVE Korean food. I especially love that when you go to a Korean restaurant you get a an array of little side dishes, called Banchan, to sample before your entree arrives. Well, there were 7 of us at the table. 2 of them were children, but we ordered 6 entrees. We had a huge table. They brought us ONE SET Banchan for 7 people! ONE SET! Now they also forgot our drinks. I thought maybe they would bring some more in a minute. Then they proceeded to ignore us for a while. So I asked, "hey, arent we supposed to get a few more of these?" They waiter looked annoyed and said "oh, we are really short handed tonight" Um, ok, so does that mean that maybe they will be out in a minute? Um, what? They honestly gave us a plate with 3 pieces of lotus to split between 7 people!! A plate with 6 small diced potatoes to share with 7 people!! THEY NEVER BROUGHT ANY MORE, even after I pointed out that we should have received, and wanted, more. I dont necessarily expect a set of six Banchan for all 7 people at our table, but seriously? And the short handed comment? Ok, maybe. It sucks to not have a dishwasher. Not my problem. But there were only 4 other tables besides us. There were 2 servers and the owner taking care of 4 tables. Nope, youre short handed issue is not a valid excuse. So after all of that, our food SORT OF started to arrive. I think we got one of the two appetizers before the entrees started to arrive. Every single dish arrived separately. EVERY SINGLE ONE. One of our entrees and one of our appetizers didnt arrive at all. After the disaster with the Banchan, 2 of us wanted some more kim chi (cause honestly, if you are going out for Korean food, you probably want more than 1 tiny bite of kim chi with your meal!) so we asked for a few sides of kim chi. After about 20 minutes of half of us eating our entrees we flagged down the server who was ignoring us and asked about our last entree and appetizer. He confusedly responded that they would check. Then he brought the printed check that indeed had the two items on it, proceeded to circle them and go back to the kitchen. One appetizer came out about 10 minutes later. At this point we were pretty over it. My husband had eaten the rest of the ramen that we had ordered for the kids to split, rather than his own entree. So now the kids wanted more food too. We asked for a few sides of rice. Half of our party was finished. THE BILL ARRIVED BEFORE OUR FINAL ENTREE. THE BILL WAS PAID AND CHANGE WAS GIVEN BEFORE OUR FINAL ENTREE ARRIVED. MOST OF OUR PARTY WAS IN THE CAR BEFORE THE FINAL ENTREE ARRIVED. Now its not like we rushed in and out of there and didnt give them a chance. We were there for over an hour and a half. Now, lets just add insult to injury here. When we got the bill, they CHARGED us for the extra kim chi!!!! After not bringing us 90% of what was SUPPOSED TO BE INCLUDED with our entrees, they charged us for asking for a small bit of it to be served! If you go to McDonalds and if they forget the flippin fries that are included with your value meal, do you then have to pay for them to be replaced??? Give me a break!!!

The food is fantastic here but some of the staff have a very difficult time understanding english and it can be just as difficult understanding them. If you can get past the language barrier everything else is fantastic. Fast service and they are all very happy to help out. One of the few places in town that serves this kind of food. I go there often and will keep going as long as the food stays the way it is.

Noodle Bowls food will appeal both those who are looking for an authentic taste, and those who are used to American style Asian cuisine. Food serves fast, and comes with great tasting side dishes. Service is great and the restaurant feels classy and has a nice atmosphere. If you are looking for scrumptious Asian cuisine in Eugene, go to Noodle Bowl.

Always good Korean food. Authentic, reasonable range of dishes. Spice levels are toned down if ordered straight from the menu, but requests can improve that. Nice interior and great downtown placement. Centered enough for convenience, but more accessible than some areas. Prices are fine, not great. Service is usually great to okay.

This place is yummy! Really enjoyed the traditional Banchan (side dishes) offered to accompany our main entrées. The flavors were spot-on and for around $15 each, we were content upon leaving with full bellies and the satisfaction of good customer service. We will be back in the future!

If youre a fan of kimchi, make sure you order the appetizers, an array of six different mini-dishes that includes kimchi, bean paste, sprouts, and a variety of other vegetables, all marinated in delicious sauces. We ate them so quickly that the waitress brought us more (for free).

Noodle Bowl catered our off site business lunch for 45 people and it was a hit! The food was great, the service professional, and the people friendly. JC worked with me on perfecting the menu-complete with 100 potstickers. Oh and did I say the price was reasonable.

An enjoyable experience every time I visit. Good food, a variety of Korean dishes and garnishes- some of which have an American twist. Its a good place to meet a friend or a lover over a hot meal. And I appreciate the conscientious staff. Number One!

By far the BEST Korean food in town. Order something traditionally Korean so you can get the side dishes. Hold on to your seats... the homemade Kimchi is OUT OF THIS WORLD! Big portions as well so bring an appetite with you

Korean food. We ordered 25 and 29...each popular on their own. Since this is our first opportunity to try Korean, it turned out wonderful. Great service, hot food, nice atmosphere. Do try this.

Very friendly and courteous service, excellent food! I love everything I have tried - Kimchi stew, Bulgogi, Katsu Pork and my favorite lunch staple is the Spicy Chicken Noodle Bowl.

Tasty and reasonably priced, good assortment of Korean and regional Asian dishes. My only complaint perhaps is that our waitress seemed to exude a sense of.. disgust the whole time??

This place is great! They offer a wide variety of Korean food for a good price. I got the dolsat bibimbap in a hot clay pot. Superb. The dish came with six side dishes for free!
