My bf is Korean and this is our favorite. The owners are sweet and friendly and the meals are always super delicious. This place is not expensive, same as any other self-serve place like mucho gusto, cafe yumm, but yes, it is a hole in the wall, mom & pop kind of place. There are no waiters, not sure what the other reviewer was talking about. As for the "expensive" remark - if you want a 3 dollar meal, go to McDonalds & get your daily dose of grease & e-coli. With the array of veggies, meat and expertise in preparation, the prices are very reasonable. For us, its our go-to place for comfort food such as dol sot bi bim bap (rice, veggies, meat/shrimp, egg in a hot stone bowl which sizzles) & bbq squid. Also, I dont eat beef/chicken/pork and they will always accommodate me with substitutions. Their soup is wonderful. Warms a winter day every time.

The restaurant is kind of a hole in the wall and is easy to walk by without giving it a thought, but the food is amazing and the couple that runs the business is really nice. The food prices can get expensive but if you come in before 3pm they have $5 lunch specials. We go about twice a month and have never been disappointed!

The food is pretty decent, but what really stands out about this place is the service. Its run by a husband and wife who are pretty much always there, and they are wonderful. Very friendly and even remember what side dishes you didnt eat the last time you were there, and try to give you something else instead.

Food was delicious and flavors were very well tuned. Seemed very authentic and love the small business mom and pop atmosphere. Only complaint was that food seemed a little expensive ($13 for a bowl of soup/rice) and they didnt have the pollock dish I wanted. Would recommend.

Great Korean food and amazing staff. Ive known the owners for years and they have always made Korea house feel so comfortable. On top of that the food is amazing. The kimchee noodle is one of my favorites. Overall, Korea house is a must for great Korean food in Eugene.

Authentic and tasty Korean cuisine. Have been going to the Korea House for more than 20 years! My kids grew up loving this place and always ask to go there for dinner when they are in town. Especially love the spicy pork dish!

I had the pleasure of ordering the delicious beef combination plate. Everything was cooked to perfection and I didnt get his name, but there was gentleman behind the counter was very polite. I will definitely come again!

Beef Bugolgi. thats all you need to know. This restaurant has some of the best Korean food you will have. Definately worth the price. Some of the best food i have had.
