The service is the worst and so is the food. We went there when it first opened and it took 35 minutes before we received any service then it took another 35 minutes before we received our food. The worst part about it there were no more than 20 people. The staff just was too busy telling stories to each other than to take care of each other. After all that we didnt go back for over a year. Then just the other week the same thing but worst. We told the waitress that it was out 1st time back after over a year and the story what happened before. She told us that this would not happened with her, but it did. She went on break then it was 25 minutes before I even received my hamburger and my 1st drink .My wife received her drink but the wrong hamburger, so a different waitress said I will take that hamburger back and have them make you a new one. So my wife has no meal and I have mine which was so greasy that I had to use a fork. Again no waitress around and no refills. I had to ask for a different waitress to get us our refill. Then they bring my wifes hamburger out after I have finished my dinner. We will never go back again. Its a shame that for this to be one of the only places to walk to in a one mile radius to sit down to eat be so bad. We need a real a family restaurant in Sunbury that gives service and great food that dont go out of business.

Weve tried this place twice now and both times the kitchen was slow. The second visit, after waiting an hour for our food to come out, I discovered they literally burnt my "medium well" burger to a crisp. The server was apologetic and went to tell the manager, but the manager never came out. They tried to make me wait another 15 minutes for them to make another burger, which I refused. When they brought the bill they still wanted me to pay for the charcoal briquet of a burger they brought me. I refused, asking for the manager, who was rude and tried to say I ate half so I should pay for half. Theyll never see my money again.

My girlfriend and i ordered a diet and regular pepsi. We both got a refill and when the server came up to the table SHE SMELLED OUR DRINKS as in put her nose to the glass. To see if it was the diet or not. Then as she puts the drinks on the table she asked us to try it and see if she got them right. Not only that but it took 15 minutes to get the check (this was at 9:30pm and they were not that busy). Also we saw two different people who were on the clock on their phones. They were cleaning a table and just stopped and took the call. I will not be going back there, it was for me a waste of time and money.

First time there this week. Stopped for dinner because I heard it was good. Very busy with a band playing, they waived cover charge for the band because I just wanted food. Service was quick and salad and food were very good, excellent burger. Wanted to try appetizers but prices were a bit much for a single diner. My communication with waitstaff was half yelling and half pointing because it was very loud in the dining room. Didnt bother me because I was alone and the band was good. Would have been hard with kids or a date so plan accordingly.

Im not one.to complain about a restaurant Ive worked in plenty and I attended many. I know this place isnt fine dining but and I cannot say how the food or drinks were because we couldnt even get greeted. My family and I sat for 25 minutes without so much as a hello. All there was was arguing over whos table it was or wasnt. Ive never walked out of a restaurant mad. This is the only restaurant I will never go back to. Lazy and rude

Im not a picky eater but I was disappointed. The lettuce cups looked very unappetizing and tasted okay at best. The salsa that came with the chip appetizer was beans, corn, red peppers and brownish avocados--COLD. Food was under-spiced. Presentation needs a lot of work. To be fair, my husband enjoyed the chili and black & bleu burger very much but wasnt interested in sampling anything I ordered.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! Our Server ignored us for 20 mins had to stop her just to place our order. Then another 30 mins to get our meal......The food was ok but nothing special or worth going back to..Even tried to speak with the manager and she couldnt even apologize for the performance of her employees..... .Plenty of other restaurants that want customers and will give great service

The food was mediocre. We asked for ketchup THREE times and never got it. Pretty sure she was a manager too or owner of sorts.. Terrible service. She would also stand there and talk to people who were clearly regulars over making sure everything was alright with us. I wouldnt recommend it unless you want to see a band play, but even then I wouldnt expect to get taken care of.

They were totally overwhelmed with Fathers day. .. 1 1/2 hours for a buffet. The waitress disappeared no drink refills and did not bother to stop back by to see how things were. She sent the bill over with one of the girls that brings out the food. The buffet was either out of food or the food was rushed so the quality was off. Really felt like nobody cared.

Been here for 45 minutes to see a band and have been completely ignored by the staff. Would like to place a drink and food order but looks like that is not happening. Will not come back and will make sure all FB and Twitter contacts know how horrible the service is in this place.

Just found this place by accident. We had the ribs, lobster bisque, chicken tenders and the lettuce wraps. Everything was delicious, good choices of BBQ sauce, large portions. We will be back. Would like to try the Sunday brunch someday.

Came in was not busy at all, derive was terrible and slow. The guy who was serving me was taking so long the girl taking invitory finally took my order then I sat there any waited for everything a refill, my check it was awful.

This place has the potential to be good but the ownership needs to figure out that they suck at running a restaurant and hire someone who can turn it around. The food was decent but the wait staff and kitchen are awful.

Absoluty terrible service, a buddy and I went for a quick beer while waiting on some other friends to meet us. Took over 20 min to get the beer, couldnt get a check so we threw a 20 on the table and left. Never go here

If you miss the days of Damons, this is the place for you. Smoked BBQ, a wide variety of other items, great staff, perfect for a game day atmosphere. Cant wait to watch a few games here!

The wings tasted like wax. I tried two flavors and neither of them tasted like wings should, and I know my wings. Fortunately they took them back and gave me a burger that was decent.
