Bad food, flat beer, & horrible service. Can you find any other way to screw up? Yes, charge too much! If there was an option of zero stars Id give them that rating. My wife and I met there for lunch. I got there a few minutes earlier than her so I ordered a tall domestic draft and her a water with lemon. I explained that I was expecting my wife to join me. Waitress brought out 1 tablet (menu) that when my wife showed up we had to share which was difficult because they are tiny and you can only look at one section at a time. She brought my beer and it was flat, no head, no bubbles, and barely cold. I asked for another tablet when I informed her that the beer was flat. We shouldve got up and walked out at that point! But she only had an hour for lunch. So we continued to share the tiny tablet menu, decided, I a chicken breast sandwich her a chicken wrap. Oh and when she took our order she mentioned, "oh I forgot the other tablet". She brought a replacement beer that had a little head but that head was gone in less than 30 seconds and was still extremely flat. A little colder but not by much. As were waiting for food two gentleman come in and sit down a few tables from us. Noticed them to see if they were given two tablets, they were. After about 20 minutes she walks by with their food! I was floored! She goes into the back in the kitchen and comes out with ours. I said to her "how did they get food before us they arrived and ordered after us?" She said "I dont know, they just came up at the same time"(yea right!). I took a bite out of the sandwich and the chicken breast was hard and chewy like jerky. I took a bite out of the other (larger) end and it was the same. Didnt eat any more, just ate the fries which were good by the way. Wife said her chicken wrap was cold, but edible. I took a bite, tasted like a cold salad in a wrap. Waitress came back and said how is everything? I told her about the food and she asked (no apology, btw) if they can make another, or something else, I said no were pressed for time (at this point wed been there for 50 minutes). She brought the bill out, set it on the table and said "they didnt charge you for your sandwich". I said "I would hope not, it was disgusting". Paid the bill, which I couldnt believe that they charged us for either sandwich and left. Well never go back again!

Let me start by saying Im not one to normally post a negative review, however I cant just let this go unnoticed! We had a group of 60 or so with our kiddos whom had just finished up an amazing holiday performance! Everyone was in a great mood as it was wonderful to all share a meal together. It took a sharp left turn when we arrived at 9:00, waited 30 minutes on a Coke and a water with lemon, we didnt end up ordering our meals until 10:00. The manager Mike came out and asked "who called in and said there would only be 35 people" in a VERY unprofessional tone. In my mind Im thinking we just gave you 60 more customers than you would have had in here, but whatever. (In the three 1/2 hours we were there, we never saw a wait.) My personal food came out cold and tasteless, but again it was about the company we were with so I didnt say anything. We then proceeded to wait 1 hour for our bills. When letting the manager Mike know he said "you guys came in with 60 people and rushed us" I sarcastically replied back "I mean we dont need to pay our bills if youd like" he then threatened to call the police. Clearly we were all going to pay our bills because we sat there for a hour waiting on them. When we left the restaurant I proceeded to ask Mike who his GM was and the next time they would be in. As we were greeted on our way about by a police office, Mike says "Thank you for coming and have a good Christmas" I kindly replied "your sarcasm has been noted and clearly just for show I front of this officer. We went out to our car and saw three police cruisers. I think this manager and location should be reprimanded for the lack of professionalism and calling the police on a group that was giving him business and not complaining until the end when it just became ridiculous! I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone! The food was bad, the service was awful and the restaurant itself was not clean! (Just to note, NO ONE in our group was hostile and our arrival time was 9:00 and we didnt end up leaving until 12:30 do to their lack of figuring out the bills)

the service in this place is so slow, me and my friends were about to go into the kitchen and make our own food in half the time it took them to take our orders. the employees need to work on their people skills because they were very rude and inconsiderate that we brought a large party and just seemed inconvenienced that there was actual business in the place and didnt feel like working. after an hour of waiting to pay our bills, our group was fed up and a parent asked "would you like us to leave without payment" and the manager then threatened to call the police. and after waiting yet another 20 minutes to get our bills, there were 3 police cruisers outside of the establishment when we left. i would not recommend this as a place to eat out. the food was dry and bland with absolutely nothing pleasing about it and the management needs an attitude adjustment.

5/18/16 , R server took r order, did not write it down,we ordered the steak special both steaks were ordered medium rare, when they arrived at the table we both cut them they were WELL DONE, we had to wait for her to walk by out table to get her attention to tell her of the mistake, she would walk by the table but not stop to ask if everything was alright, she put in an order for a new steak for my wife ,I did not order a new steak, when my wifes steak was delivered to the table it had been cut into to ck if it was cooked properly, I asked her for the check it took her another 10 min to bring the ck after my wife asked her again for it, we also had to ask her to refill our water glasses and our grandson soda, with this being said her tip ( to insure prompt service ) was 0.Hope someone from this restaurant reads this.

If they gave me a no star option I would rate them negative 5.. Waited 20 minutes till anyone came to my table.. never got silver wear and napkins.. food came out wrong. Waited 20 minutes to get the bill.. waited another 20 minutes for change. When I complained to manager she was extremely rude. I ended up throwing my leftovers on floor and never plan to go back in less in protest,which I will be paying with pennies .. how long would it take to pay 12$ with pennies? Ohh yeah and the lambertville location has dead mice in ceiling tiles. I had done some electrical work for them and have never seen so much mice poop my life, and the 10 tiles I had to move we found at least 4 dead mice on each tile. How discussed I am with the service I was provided at Maumee location
