The coffee is delicious, wifi available, and TV playing MeTV (i didnt ask about changing it). A couple of other posts were about politeness, and they were true. I was greeted with "do you know what you want" and not spoken to again until "here you go." Its all high top tables and a couch, so not really good for spending time to get any work done (ergonomically at least). Still, the coffee is pretty good.

I love love the frozen buckeyes!! If it wasnt for those i probably wouldnt come here often. The staff about 85% of the time are very rude and seems like you are annoying them for coming there. There are a couple girls who seem nice but for the most part you should get a nicer staff who are more customer oriented. Pretty doesnt always mean nice :)

I will not go there again. Waited in the drive thru line for over 15min. Terrible service. When I finally got to the window the girl was very rude. She told me she could just give me my money back and I could leave. I will never recommend this coffee house to anyone again.

Great place and great coffee except for the one worker who is incredibly rude. From what I can see in the comments, some other customers must have run into this worker too. If New Grounds wants to stop losing customers, they will fire her immediately.

Tasty coffee at a decent price. my only issue is that sometimes they do not open at the time listed, so you are sitting at the menu board waiting for someone and no one responds. I have driven off more than once because of that.

I always get a large Frozen Buckeye which is usually very good, but it hasnt been as thick lately, as if theyre leaving something out. Im not quite sure what, but somethsomething. But I would recommend and take my friends here.

I come here almost everyday but please get new hot drinks cups. Your cups leak out the sides and ruins dress shirts and pants. Please spend the extra 5 cents and get decent cups and lids.

Not much to offer in the form of black coffee, let alone pour-over. More of a Starbucks-style place with a drive through. The coffee was watery and bland.
